Millions of people travel to Amsterdam to see where the Frank family hid from the Nazis. In this guided tour, we retrace part of the route Anne took on her journey to the hiding place. Travelling back in time to WWII Amsterdam, we'll learn about Anne's life & the ‘secret annex’ and experience Anne’s emotions during the dark days of war. The tour ends near Anne Frank house where you enter the Secret Annex via a virtual reality recreation (made by the Anne Frank Foundation). Entering the hiding place through the bookcase, you'll see that unlike the actual house, the VR house still has furniture, giving a feel of how it was to live there in 1942-44. There’s no crowds, you have the virtual Anne Frank house to yourself to explore at your own pace. This is as close to the real thing as you can get, without stepping foot in the house. Rijksmuseum Amsterdam Small-Group Tour with Private Upgrade

Susan_J, Oct 2026

Martina guided our small...

Martina guided our small group through the Rijksmuseum. She was friendly and accommodating. Her knowledge of the museum artefacts and paintings is exceptional; she is able to meaningfully bring to life Dutch history, the artists who produced the works displayed and the symbolism they present. I highly recommend this tour.

Amsterdam All-Inclusive 90-Minutes Canal Cruise by Captain Jack

Dahlia_C, Oct 2026

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Captain Yankee Made the Experience!

We had such a great time on our Amsterdam canal cruise, and **Captain Yankee was definitely the highlight!** This wasn’t really a traditional narrated sightseeing tour, which ended up being perfectly fine with us because Captain Yankee made the entire cruise so entertaining. He was funny, personable, and had a great sense of humor. He kept us laughing and created such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere while we cruised through the beautiful canals of Amsterdam. He also announced that he had **just proposed to his girlfriend**, which made the experience even more memorable. Congratulations again, Captain Yankee! ❤️💍 We had originally booked a different departure but rescheduled, and I am SO glad we did because we ended up on a **closed boat**. The weather was chilly, so being able to enjoy Amsterdam's canals from a warm, comfortable boat while having wine and Dutch snacks was exactly what we needed. 🍷🧀 The 90 minutes went by incredibly fast. Between the beautiful scenery, drinks, snacks, conversation, and Captain Yankee's humor, it felt more like hanging out on the canals with a fun local than being on a typical tourist excursion. If you get Captain Yankee as your captain, you're in for a good time. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and were very happy we chose this cruise for our first visit to Amsterdam! 🇳🇱🚤 And Captain Yankee—wishing you and your fiancée all the best! ❤️

Food + Fun = Fabulous! Book this one!

Book this tour! You won't regret it! Roman was an amazing tour guide through the beautiful city of Amsterdam! Come hungry!! You will learn about the city and enjoy some great food. I have to say too, that Roman is one of the most considerate tour guides we've had. Always watching out for his clients as you navigate the bikes in the streets. He is also very witty and charming. The perfect balance for a special tour! Thank you, Roman!

Excellent adventure!

This was my favorite activity I did on my entire European adventure! I loved the short timeframe that didn’t require long travel days and could still do other things the remainder of the day. My guide was informative and kept the tour moving along great. The village is so quaint and cute and is exactly what I imagined Holland would be like since my childhood. Recommend!

Fabulous Flagship!

What a fantastic time we had on this fun and informative cruise through the canals of Amsterdam. Martijn was a joy of a captain and went out of his way, quite literally, to show us some really great sights. Though we were on an anniversary trip, we wouldn’t hesitate to bring our young son on this excursion; we felt very safe and looked after at all times. We look forward to returning again and will highly recommend Flagship to anyone visiting this charming city!

Amsterdam Classic Saloon Boat Cruise with Drinks and Cheese

Wish the canal tour was longer

We did this tour at the end of a 3-day trip to Amsterdam just to sit and relax after walking for 3 days straight. It was a great way to unwind. There was a choice of beer, red, white or rose wine. I'm not big wine drinker but the rose wine was good (I wished I asked what kind it was). There were a total of 6 couples on the boat and we engaged talking with each other. The guide on the boat did a great job of introducing people and keeping us engaged. Wished the trip was longer. The gouda cheese was great, too. I guess I was hungry because I ate a lot of it. I would do this tour again.

Quaint, peaceful evening Canal Cruise

This informative Canal Cruise was a great way to end an evening. Mare lead our tour and piloted the boat. She was very informative, down to Earth and humorous. We intentionally were looking for a local, smaller sized group. We definitely found that. There was ample wine and beer with light snacks. We even made a stop to pick up a local snack. I tried both the original and the vegetarian. Hands-down, my favorite was the vegetarian. Definitely will recommend and rebook with the same company in the future.

Exceptional service and your!

We had booked this tour ahead of our arrival in Amsterdam, due to flight issues we were a day late. I contacted them to advise and they said no problem we could do the tour at another time once we arrived. We took it yesterday. The operator said yes he remembered and we took the tour. It was awesome. 100% recommend this tour group! 👍🏻

Van Gogh Museum with Audio guide

The museum is very nice...

The museum is very nice and well laid out. All the people working there were very helpful as well!! For me however, it was very very busy and I would rather pay more money for tickets if they could limit the amount of people that are allowed to go in. That would make it a much nicer experience. For some of the more popular paintings, there was a gathering of say 20-30 people that would stand and take selfies in front of the picture and it was difficult to appreciate the paintings with everyone trying to get into a position to see the painting and take their selfie.
