Interesting and enjoyable

Outstanding tour. Our guide was a talented story teller and brought photos from the 1930s and 1940s and charts to supplement what we were seeing and discussing. Heavy subject, but really interesting. Good to pair with a visit to the Anne Frank house, which is not included in this tour. We bought those tickets separately. Highly recommend this walking tour!

It was first class all the way! White tablecloths, China, silverware. The entire experience was excellent! Crew did an excellent job! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Captain Yankee Made the Experience!

We had such a great time on our Amsterdam canal cruise, and **Captain Yankee was definitely the highlight!** This wasn’t really a traditional narrated sightseeing tour, which ended up being perfectly fine with us because Captain Yankee made the entire cruise so entertaining. He was funny, personable, and had a great sense of humor. He kept us laughing and created such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere while we cruised through the beautiful canals of Amsterdam. He also announced that he had **just proposed to his girlfriend**, which made the experience even more memorable. Congratulations again, Captain Yankee! ❤️💍 We had originally booked a different departure but rescheduled, and I am SO glad we did because we ended up on a **closed boat**. The weather was chilly, so being able to enjoy Amsterdam's canals from a warm, comfortable boat while having wine and Dutch snacks was exactly what we needed. 🍷🧀 The 90 minutes went by incredibly fast. Between the beautiful scenery, drinks, snacks, conversation, and Captain Yankee's humor, it felt more like hanging out on the canals with a fun local than being on a typical tourist excursion. If you get Captain Yankee as your captain, you're in for a good time. Excellent adventure!

This was my favorite activity I did on my entire European adventure! I loved the short timeframe that didn’t require long travel days and could still do other things the remainder of the day. My guide was informative and kept the tour moving along great. The village is so quaint and cute and is exactly what I imagined Holland would be like since my childhood. Recommend!

Fabulous Flagship!

What a fantastic time we had on this fun and informative cruise through the canals of Amsterdam. Martijn was a joy of a captain and went out of his way, quite literally, to show us some really great sights. Though we were on an anniversary trip, we wouldn’t hesitate to bring our young son on this excursion; we felt very safe and looked after at all times. Quaint, peaceful evening Canal Cruise

This informative Canal Cruise was a great way to end an evening. Mare lead our tour and piloted the boat. She was very informative, down to Earth and humorous. We intentionally were looking for a local, smaller sized group. We definitely found that. There was ample wine and beer with light snacks. We even made a stop to pick up a local snack. I tried both the original and the vegetarian. Hands-down, my favorite was the vegetarian. Definitely will recommend and rebook with the same company in the future.

I contacted them to advise and they said no problem we could do the tour at another time once we arrived. We took it yesterday. The operator said yes he remembered and we took the tour. The museum is very nice...

The museum is very nice and well laid out. All the people working there were very helpful as well!! For me however, it was very very busy and I would rather pay more money for tickets if they could limit the amount of people that are allowed to go in. That would make it a much nicer experience. For some of the more popular paintings, there was a gathering of say 20-30 people that would stand and take selfies in front of the picture and it was difficult to appreciate the paintings with everyone trying to get into a position to see the painting and take their selfie.
