Perfect Pasta!
Worth it! Class lasts 2-2.5 hours. So much fun. One of our favorite things we booked. We made two types of pasta, Pappardelle and Ravioli stuffed with spinach and ricotta. Drank unlimited red and white wine, and enjoyed tiramisu at the end. The experience was well worth it. We came hungry and left full!

Mauro was incredible! He made the class so interactive and allowed everyone to participate in every step. I wont brag being the only person to catch the pizza dough, but it was definitely the highlight of our night! Everything was delicious and I would highly recommend this if you’re looking for a proactive and eventful few hours!

Good time!!
Wonderful time!! Our hostess Noemi was very good. The chefs, Alessia and Stefania, were very friendly and easy to be with. The bus driver was also very good. The food we prepared was delicious! We thought it was worth the money. Nice to get out of the crowds of Florence and into some of the countryside.

Extremely impressed and loved the experience!!!
SO much fun!! This was mine and my son’s favorite cooking experience! Not only did we learn a ton, we have a great time doing it and ate an awesome meal!! They were organized, friendly and knowledgeable. Leonardo was an exceptional instructor! Can’t wait to come back and take another class.

Italian food is arguably one of the most beloved cuisines in the world, so Italy is proud (and protective) of its culinary culture. Italy cooking classes let you connect with diverse regional cuisines that range from the Alpine specialties of the north to Mediterranean crowd-pleasers in the south. Tie on an apron, roll up your sleeves, and go hands-on to learn how to prepare authentic risotto in Milan, pici pasta in Tuscany, pizza in Naples, couscous in Sicily, and much more—washing down each triumph in the kitchen with perfectly paired local wine.
