BOOK THIS COOKING CLASS! Request a class with Leticia and Erika if you can
Our favorite experience while here! Do the tour with the market experience. Its another intro to the food and lifestyle itself. Leticia and Erika were AMAZING! Their energy together is contagious and it really hyped up the group. Wine is served throughout the class. The farm has fantastic views. Would recommend taking the class in the beginning of your trip. We did this on our last day and wished we had more time to go check out recommendations from the class.

Best Tuscany countryside trip
This was the highlight of our trip to Florence. We were in a small group of people on the cooking class which gave us the chance to have intimate experience. Our chefs Angela and Francesco were both very casual and qualified, we loved them! Vidimo se ponovo! Best regards, Milan and Radojka.

Fun and Delicious. Watch the booking locations, the ticket may not match the what you booked, but the reality does.
Very fun cooking class. Two of the restaurant locations are near the bridge called the Ponte Vecchio, which is famous enough you'll recognize a picture of it. It's covered with expensive shops except the center where there's photo-op space. The class has each person whipping up a batch of dough which used used to make spinach/ricotta ravioli and linguini, which they cook for you and serve to you. Also the group all participates in making a batch of Tiramisù for dessert. The wine is always available but not liberally available. Viator has a quirk that says which restaurants are for which times, but the ticket for 7pm points to the wrong restaurant. Thank goodness the right restaurant called us and we were able to get to it...It was only about 150' down from the other restaurant which the the Viator Ticket said it was at. I had booked the correct restaurant closest to the Vecchio bridge.

Don’t eat before this class!
This was not one of those “classes” where everything is done for you. Chef Dave from Da Bardi taught us to make 3 different pastas - ravioli, tortellini and beautiful pappardelle. Along with learning about 3 sauces, he had all kinds of tips throughout. We highly recommend this class for being fun and we learned a lot!

Italian food is arguably one of the most beloved cuisines in the world, so Italy is proud (and protective) of its culinary culture. Italy cooking classes let you connect with diverse regional cuisines that range from the Alpine specialties of the north to Mediterranean crowd-pleasers in the south. Tie on an apron, roll up your sleeves, and go hands-on to learn how to prepare authentic risotto in Milan, pici pasta in Tuscany, pizza in Naples, couscous in Sicily, and much more—washing down each triumph in the kitchen with perfectly paired local wine.
