Worse services

Victoria_L, Sep 2026

The girl attendant was horrible she made us wait and then we have to stay in line under the sun for over 30 minutes. Our time was 1pm she said the. Vatican access was closed which was not tru when we got there at 1:30 there were other people in line ahead of us. We got to the meeting site at 12:45 pm she let us stuck in there for 45 min while we coukd the first people in line. This company is the worse for arrangements. I don’t recommend them to my worker enemy. Lousy customer services. Also the audio guide doesn’t have any headset you need to provide your own, basically yuh can just do it yourself, paying them is not worth it.

Very Good

Haseeb_K, May 2026

We had a very easy reach to the entrance. It was easy and fast. Thank you for assistance. It was phenomenal being there.

Excellent

Nikita_B, May 2026

We had booked priority entrance from them and got access to the entrance quite easily. Thousands of other people were waiting in the line and we just entered skipping the line. Audio guide was good too.
