Our friendly TOURSTORY guide met us right at Haeundae Station Exit 5 and took great care of the group. The air-conditioned van was comfortable, and the itinerary was perfect. The Sky Capsule ride was the highlight — beautiful coastal views! Gamcheon Village was colorful and fun with excellent explanations from the guide. The DMZ tour exceeded our expectations. It was interesting to learn about the Korean War and a great experience to visit some of the relevant locations and meet with a North Korean defector. Highly recommended it. Judy was a great tour guide! Bring your passport! That might seem obvious but we didn’t see anything at all about it when making the booking nor on the booking confirmation.

I travel often and have taken tours all over the world, but I can honestly say that Jun provided one of the best tour experiences I have ever had. From the moment he picked us up, I knew this was going to be a special day. He didn’t feel like a tour guide—he felt like a cousin or old friend showing us around his home. As a solo traveler, that meant everything. Traveling alone can sometimes feel isolating, but Jun created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere that I never felt alone for a second. He brought our group together and made everyone feel like family. His knowledge of South Korea was incredible. Every location we visited came to life through his stories, history, and insights. He made every stop interesting, engaging, and meaningful. You could tell how passionate he is about what he does, and that passion elevated the entire experience. What truly sets Jun apart is how much he genuinely cares about his guests. He went above and beyond throughout the day, making sure everyone was comfortable, informed, and having a great time. Leo was awesome! So knowledgeable and a very good guide. Kept the whole trip interesting. He even took the time to answer all of our questions with detail. I would definitely choose this DMZ tour again over others. Day started with pick up in the city. The bus was modern and comfortable with leather seats. Took about an hour to get to the first stop which was basically for Leo to grab the tickets. There was bathroom and snacks available for purchase. Second stop was the lookout where you can see North Korea. Third stop was the tunnel which was fun to walk through. Next we stopped and talked to a defector from North Korea. This was very interesting. We heard their story and could also ask any questions. Last stop before heading back to the city was a buffet lunch that’s not included in the price of the ticket, but it’s optional if you want to eat or not. If you are not super hungry there is a 7 11 around the corner. After lunch it’s just over an hour to get back to the city. Over all highly I recommend this DMZ tour!! Thank you Leo and PLK.

A great tour for those interested

Katie was a great tour guide. Super friendly. Helped take pictures. We had a mobility impaired individual on the bus and got to see how she made sure the individual was accommodated properly. The tour itself covered lots of locations. If you are into Korean monarchy history it's a great tour that covers lots of locations. It covers other topics too but it was definitely mostly on the Korean Monarchy history which is knew very little about.

Fantastic Driver!

Our driver Jecky was amazing! Even though our flight was significantly delayed, he waited for us. He located us outside of baggage claim and moved all our luggage. He loaded all the luggage for us into the van. He even spoke fluent English! He answered all our questions, brought up some things we hadn’t thought of, and was very informative. He drove very well and didn’t take risks just to try to save a few minutes, which we greatly appreciated. Thanks so much, Jecky!
