Today was a great experience. Joe was very professional , friendly and helpful. He gave clear instructions of where to meet and what time. He was very informative. Would recommend anyone to do this trip!

It was an excellent tour guided by the energetic and friendly Yaho we made 5 stops and were given plenty of free time to explore each stop without being herded around in a big group.HaedongYongung was beautiful the visit to the UN war Cemetery was very emotional we had a very tasty Korean style lunch visited the Song do cloud bridge and finished off with a very interesting and photogenic visit to Gamcheon village and then dropped off at the ship having been one of the best 8 hour tours we've ever done

Compréhensive Day tour of Busan. Erica gave us a lot of information and kept us well- informed about our stops and pickup times. The bus driver was brilliant, especially on the high bridges and steep roads.

Wonderful experience traveling around Busan. Got to see many sites, including the United Nations Memorial Cemetery of Korea, and the Gamcheon Culture Village. Joe was an excellent tour guide and he made sure that everyone made it back to the cruise ship on time.

Erica, our guide was exceptional, perfect English, the company organisation prior to the cruise was excellent, they told us where they would be, what to look for, what to do to disembark easily, I couldn't fault it. This is an excellent tour for cruisers, I would highly recommend.

Joe is a great Tour Guide and went out of his way to look after us. The temple was very congested due to 2 large cruise ships in port at the same time. Not Joe’s fault and handled it well.

Joe was an excellent guide, full of knowledge & insight, he was very witty & showed us around some excellent sites, navigating the extremely busy Busan roads & the packed tourist spots.
His communication skills, both verbal & via our WhatsApp group he set up to keep us all informed & up to date were exemplary. He spoke great English & introduced some Korean for us to learn.

Would highly reccomend Joe as a guide and taking this tour ! The value for your money is absolutely amazing. A full day tour and great explanations of each place you will visit . I’ve been on many shore excursions in many different destinations , and this was definitely one of the best I’ve ever been on. The different places we visited were interesting and very culturally immersive . Joe also did a great job of catering to the guests needs , if someone needed a different option of route that was more accessible , food options , bathrooms etc. The instructions were very clear on where to go to start the tour , where to meet at each place we went and the communication via WhatsApp was awesome as well. Honestly some of the best I’ve experienced from a tour provider.
I will also say our bus driver was extremely safe , and drove very carefully and professionally. He didn’t speed , and got everyone safely to our destinations .

Yaya is simply Fabulous! He is knowledgeable yet is so much fun! In addition to telling us about the sites, he was very patient with my wife who has special needs. We had a full day of activities! Everyone in our group would agree with me that I highly recommend Yaya!

Worthwhile tour during a one day stop on a cruise. Gave us the opportunity to visit places we would have otherwise not been able to fit in. Particularly enjoyed the seafront temple and UN memorial garden. Other stops included city centre hustle and bustle, sky walk and Gamcheon Village. Door to door just shy of 8 hours! Our tour guide ERICA was excellent, approachable and informative.
