Best Experience that I HIGHLY recommend
I can’t really explain how much I enjoyed this day tour, mostly crediting that enjoyment to the natural beauty and personality of Bishkek and Caityln in general, but also especially due to my tour guide Farukh’s extensive knowledge and experience in the country. Farukh is both well informed and extremely funny and social. He is patient and loves to answer any questions you may have. If you want to both have a trusted and amazing guide to help you explore the national Park as well as the capital city, then this is the perfect sample platter trip for you especially with Farukh. I would recommend everyone that comes to Bishkek to book a trip like this, especially on their first day! My only mistake was not leaving any days left in my trip to do some of this company’s other Ala Archa’s national park multi day hiking trips.

Excellent Ala Archa Tour with a Knowledgeable Guide
I had an excellent experience on this tour and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bishkek.
The tour was very well organized from start to finish. The meeting instructions were clear, our guide Анвар arrived right on time, and we departed promptly at 8:00 a.m. We were a small group of only three people, which made the experience much more enjoyable and personal.
The scenery in Ala Archa National Park was absolutely stunning. The mountains, river, and fresh mountain air made for a fantastic day, and we were lucky to have beautiful weather as well. The hike was easy to moderate and took about two hours in total, including the optional extension to the bridge. I really appreciated that Анвар gave us the flexibility to decide whether we wanted to continue hiking or turn back, rather than following a rigid schedule.
Анвар spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable. Throughout the day he shared interesting information about the history of the national park, Kyrgyz culture, and local traditions, including the Kyrgyz tradition of burning archa (juniper) and using the smoke for spiritual cleansing and protection. He also explained how the name Ala Archa is connected to this important plant. These details added a lot to the experience beyond just the beautiful scenery.
Everything was relaxed, and we never felt rushed. In fact, Анвар regularly offered to take photos for us so we could enjoy the views without worrying about selfies. The transport arrangements between different parts of the park were smoothly organized, and the related costs were already included in the tour.
Overall, this was one of the highlights of my time in Kyrgyzstan. If you're visiting Bishkek and enjoy nature, beautiful mountain scenery, and a well-organized small-group experience with an excellent guide, I can't recommend this tour highly enough.

Excellent Guide and Unforgettable Kyrgyzstan Highlights
This is an excellent tour that you should not miss if you would like to visit the beautiful Burana Tower, Kok-Moinok Canyons, and Issyk Kul Lake. My guide, Meerim, was outstanding. She used her knowledge of international relations to provide insightful explanations about the culture, history, and geopolitics of Kyrgyzstan. She also helped me take beautiful photos and kindly sent them to me afterward.
The tour also included a nice lunch and a relaxing afternoon tea break by the lakeside, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Amazing trip!
It was an amazing trip and I enjoyed it a lot. Sleeping in a yurt is a never forgetting experience, the horse riding was also super nice. (It was my first time horse riding)
Orozaly is a great guide who’s an amazing driver and very patient and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this trip to everybody who wants to visit Son-Kul.

Great Service
Excellent experience! My guide, Akylai, and drive picked me up from my hotel. On the way to the park, we stopped at a market to get food for the trek. During our visit, there was much construction in the park and we were required to transition to a park shuttle bus at the entrance. The hike was mostly on a paved path and road, but the views were great! We didn't make it to the waterfall because of weather (rain came in) but we had an excellent time regardless!

Wonderful tour of Bishkek & Ala-Arch National Park
Great trip in Bishkek and Ala-Arch National Park. The trip to the national park was very scenic & breath taking. Our guide, Elder is very knowledgeable, kind, & funny. He explained to us about some of the trees found in this park that used for medicine & mulberry leaves for silk worms.
Our city tour in Bishkek are the Ala-Too square, victory square, central mosque & lunch at Faiza the most popular restaurant among the locals. The lagman noodles is the best that I ever tasted.
We have to reschedule the Osh market & national museum as they are closed on Mondays & we are not aware of it when making reservations. The aftersales service (contact) with the operator was very good & professional. We would like to suggest that Viator pay attention to this type of closure & blockout the date/s when places of interests are closed so visitors can make wise choices when making booking. Other than that everything is good.
Sure recommend this tour.

Highlight was trek to the...
Highlight was trek to the canyon via a deep gorge, with a few scrambles over rocks and boulders, aided by fixed ropes. About an hour to the picturesque canyon, especially in full sun, contrasting with green grasses, flowers and shrubs on the valley floor.

Thoroughly enjoyed
This was a thoroughly enjoyable 2 day trip, Manas was our guide and he was excellent throughout, our driver was Aza who we felt extremely safe with, even on the many kms of unmade roads! We had a small group of 7 of us, and it was a lovely mix of people. The overnight stay in the yurt and food provided was exceptional, and the visits to the canyons and waterfalls were breathtaking. The eagle show was an incredible experience. Manas really was extremely knowledgeable and the best host throughout the trip, and despite the rain that we were unfortunate to encounter, it didn't stop us from seeing everything that was on the itinerary, although there was a slight change to the canyon visited on the first day due to inaccessibility.
Horse riding was thoroughly enjoyable, and we would thoroughly recommend this trip to anyone wanting to explore some of the beautiful landscape that Kyrgyzstan has to offer.

I would definitely...
I would definitely recommend this trip to see the stunning mountain scenery. Our guide was Tolegan, he was friendly and knowledgeable and tailored the trip to our needs. Overall it is a fairly easy hike. There were good facilities in the national park and we stopped enroute at a supermarket for any drinks or snacks.

Azamat Provides Full Service Tour
Azamat was a great host. He picked me up from hotel even though I didn’t specify it when I booked. He took us on a super hike in the mountains and, then, helped me change my money, recommended a good restaurant and fixed the zipper on my pack! Definitely a great tour to do.

We had a bit of a hiccup at the visa office and the driver was patient enough to wait for us. He was nice and very helpful. It was not at all difficult to locate him after the immigration. He is definitely an expert navigator. I highly recommend them!

Private Bishkek Food Tour
My wife and I arrived in Bishkek two days early for an organized tour of the "Stans". We booked a private half-day food tour with Datka Travel for our second day. We were picked up at our hotel at 10 AM by Faruk. He was our guide and driver. We skipped breakfast at our hotel so our first stop was Faiza Restaurant for our main course. We ordered laghman and plov, two local dishes and kompot to drink. All delicious. Our next stop was a walk through the Osh Bazaar where we spent a considerable amount of time walking off our meal. We walked past stalls selling traditional Kyrgyzstan bread, horse meat sausage, smoked bacon, plucked chickens, various salads and much more. We sampled a few treats along the way. Faruk drove us to Navat Teahouse for a dessert sweet named Chak-Chak followed by a cozy, family-run restaurant where we enjoyed Kattama bread. Faruk drove us around Ala-Too Square pointing out the statues, monuments and buildings that surround the area. Our last stop was a visit to the beautiful Bishkek Central Mosque. The tour normally ends with a drop off at your hotel. However, we needed a hotel change to join our tour group the next day. Faruk was kind enough to provide our hotel transfer! The half-day food tour from Datka Travel complimented our group tour by providing a well-fed overview of Bishkek. We highly recommend Datka Travel!
