Having a private guide for the day was fantastic! Young was amazing and gave us plenty of time to see the sites. I have a knee injury, so it was very helpful to be able to take as much time as needed.

We were interested in seeing sights in the north and west sides of Busan. We requested a specific itinerary and BK was very helpful in making it happen. We were late to book tickets on the Sky Capsule, but he was able to get us tickets last minute. Young was our tour guide for the day and shared excellent information at all of the sites. I would highly recommend this tour.

Our family of 12 enjoyed a memorable day sightseeing in beautiful Busan with our tour guide, Linda. As our cruise ship was only docked for a limited number of hours at the port, she was flexible in changing the itinerary to accommodate our schedule. She was a wealth of information, gave in-depth overviews of the culture, the sights and personable…she connected with each member of our party, including our grandchildren! She recommended a wonderful fresh seafood restaurant as we wanted to try fresh octopus and crabs for lunch and helped us with our orders. It was the best seafood lunch we’ve had. Thank you Linda, for sharing your knowledge about Busan, for your kindness and generosity. Highly recommend this tour and tour guide!

Our English speaking guide (DK) was a fabulous resource for our customized half day tour. His knowledge of the sites we sought to visit, and the way he accommodated a short side detour to see some interesting modern architecture, really made the experience for us… and he as invaluable when we stopped at local-only street vendors for ordering assistance.
If we come back to Bussn, we’d make a whole day either DK. Great local dude!

It was a hot day, as expected at this time of year, so we had chosen this tour as it kept us mainly inside an air conditioned vehicle and this didn't disappoint. We had an amazing tour guide in CK who was flexible and understood that we wanted to go to Busan X The Sky, which we'd prebought tickets for (although only for the four of us, which was a concern when CK joined us, only to discover that tour guides dont need a ticket), and then we were happy to go wherever he suggested. After crossing the Diamond Bridge on our way to X the Sky, we had no other must do's, so CK suggested we visit the APEC Conference Centre in a very nice park further around the bay and this was ideal and a beautiful setting. I would definitely recommend both the tour and CK in particular who was friendly and really engaged with us as a family.

We had a fabulous tour of Busan with our incredible tour guide Seb. Everything was very well organized and ran smoothly. Seb guided us through the highlights of the city and made sure we saw some hidden spots that offered a unique perspective. Seb is very knowledgeable and offered anecdotes and commentary that only a local guide can provide. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Busan.

We came to Busan for one day on a cruise and knew we didn’t want to spend our limited time trying to figure out the city on our own. We decided to book a private tour after seeing it recommended by a previous cruiser on YouTube—and somehow, we ended up with the exact same guide they had featured in their video: Sang!
We could not have asked for a better guide.
Sang was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and clearly knew Busan inside and out. He took the time to get to know us and what we wanted to see, then adapted the itinerary around our interests. Since we only had one day, that made a huge difference. We saw all the different sides of Busan we were hoping to experience without ever feeling rushed.
He also gave us a fantastic history lesson along the way. As we passed different places, he explained Korea’s history, how it shaped Busan, and how it connects to local traditions and life today. He somehow managed to answer every random question we threw at him!
And then there was lunch. Sang introduced us to several Korean dishes that were unique to the area, and we introduced him to Dr Pepper because we’re from Texas. 😂 We were actually thrilled when he decided to join us for lunch instead of leaving us on our own. It turned into one of the most adventurous dining experiences we’ve ever had—and definitely one we’ll never forget.
His van was clean, spacious, safe, and—most importantly in August—very air-conditioned. He also seemed to have an “in” with the locals, because we rarely had to wait in lines for food or other stops. That saved us a ton of time and let us experience places we probably wouldn’t have found on our own.
One of our favorite surprises was an incredible walkway along the beach that I never would have thought to visit. Sang knew all the best spots and made sure we experienced more than just the typical tourist stops.
By the end of the day, it honestly felt less like we were being taken on a tour and more like we were spending the day with a friend who happened to know everything about Busan.
If you’re visiting Busan—even if you only have one day from a cruise—I highly recommend booking a private tour with Sang. We would absolutely do this again, and if we ever come back to the area, we’d hire him for the whole week!

A great tour with an excellent guide. DK was friendly, knowledgable and always considerate of all our family members needs. Communication before the tour was easy and we were given great advise on how to maximise time / benefit. The itinerary was fully customised to our preferred sights. Choosing this tour allowed us to really get the most out of Busan visit. The company also managed to secure us Sky Capsule tickets which normally sell out in minutes. I would highly recommend this tour!

Our tour guide Jino was amazing! He was very patient, and knowledgeable, and took us to the sites we requested and more! We didn’t book the sky capsule tickets in advance, but Jino made sure that we went to the less busy station first thing in the morning, and we got lucky with last minute tickets! He never rushed us at any of the sites, and made excellent recommendations for lunch based on what we were interested in. He was a pleasure to spend the day with!

Excellent experience. BK (our guide) spoke excellent English and had a lot of information to put the various attractions we visited into historical context. He was able to adapt our schedule to accommodate changing circumstances and we were able to spend as much time as we wanted at the sites we visited.
Over all an excellent experience and one I can recommend whole-heartedly.

The tour provider was super flexible about what we wanted to see along with providing us with some good recommendations for sites before we started out. Jina, our guide, was amazing. She was so knowledgeable about the sites, Korean history, Korean food, and Korean culture. We had great conversations driving between historic sites as well. I just cannot recommend her and the tour highly enough.

Our driver and guude, CK, was excellent. He got us to all the places we wanted and some additional shops and food stalls for local cuisine. CK spoke great english and loved showing us his home town and telling us about life in Busan and Korea. We would highly recommend CK as a driver and guide.

Highly recommend. Was in touch with BK before our tour with everything we wanted to do and see. Suni was our guide and she was fabulous. She checked every box we had from the Buddhist temple to teh sky capsule and then the cultural village. We had an amazing bbq lunch at a traditional restaurant The. Suni took us to Olive Young which we did some shopping. It was a memorable day in a great city!

A+++ tour and communication was spot on.
Our driver Arthur was terrific! He was met us the Busan Port on time and whisked us away for our first stop. During the drive, Arthur talked about the history of city and pointed out interesting bridges and buildings. We were thrilled that Arthur talked with us about S Korea instead of serving as a silent driver. Bonus: He went out of his way to take pictures of us throughout the day. Arthur was so efficient in planning out our stops, we ended up having extra time -- in which he had great suggestions on additional places to show us! This was an exceptional tour and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

My family just had one of the most memorable moments together at Busan, thanks to Sang.
Sang kindly suggested spots that only "local guides" could possibly know.
Yes, we have tons of instagram worthy pictures but we will remember more of the personal conversations that we had with Sang about Busan that "AI" couldn't possibly emotionally understand.
Looking forward to reaching out to BK & Sang and his team again in the future for more moments like what our entire family just experienced in Busan today.

Fun day tour. The tour with Jina is enjoyable. The private tour company even booked the sky capsule tickets for us. We visited Haedong Yonggungsa, Haeundae blue line park, Gamcheon culture village, and Jagalchi market. We had lunch at Jagalchi market. Overall, we had a great time for this day trip.

We had a fabulous day with Daisy! What a wealth of knowledge she has- we learned so much about Busan and Korea while with her. We were able to design our own tour with her, visiting the Haedong Yongungsa temple, the Songdo Cable Car, and the Jagalchi Fish Market as well as a beautiful observation point over the ocean above Moontan Road that she added at the beginning, where we could see Japan. She also showed us SongJeong Beach where many people were learning to surf, the BIFF Square and its handprints, and Gukje Market and took many photos of our family at various locations. She was warm, friendly and so informative. Highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to really see Busan with an expert!
