- Should St. Peter’s Basilica be closed or not accessible within the scheduled time, the tour will include the Raphael's Rooms or the explanation of the Basilica from outside.
- The Raphael's Rooms are usually not included in the tour and are visited only when the Vatican makes the internal itinerary mandatory.
- The Basilica is not included on Wednesday morning due to the Papal Audience. It is included in July, August and when the audience is held indoors.
- No refunds will be issued to customers who are late and miss the tour.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 15 travellers

Olympia(probably not spelling her name right), was our tour guide and she was AMAZING! She explained the paintings and statues in such detail that we wouldn't know if we went on our own. We got time to sit in the Sistine Chapel and enjoy the moment. This was totally worth doing. I highly recommend her.

Waiting in the wait room *before* the tour was awful. Super hot. Stifling. Granted it was hot outside (about 100F?) but their lobby should have had A/C, it didn’t. I saw an A/C unit, it was either broken or they didn’t turn it on. It was miserable while waiting in their crowded lobby. So it was about 90F in the waiting room/lobby while we waited for tour to begin, and of course they were late. Then we had to march outside, uphill, in the unbearably hot weather.
Once we were inside, the tour was fine and our guide did a great job, she really knew her stuff. And the audio system worked well too. So the only reason for the lack of five-star rating is their lack of A/C while waiting for tour to begin.

Stefania was an amazing tour guide. So knowledgeable and a very good communicator. She helped us navigate the crowds perfectly. It was worth every penny to have her guidance and skip the lines!

What a wonderful day. We had a fantastic guide who was very informative and friendly. Although our tour was switched to the afternoon it didn't affect our day and our guide said it was infact quieter. Highly recommended.

The tour started on the wrong foot as our guide was 15-20 minutes late. Every wing of the Vatican has amazing works of art and our guide was very knowledgeable, but we unfortunately didn't see a lot. She spent a lot of time outside, and therefore only saw two wings of the museum. For instance, we didn't get to see The School of Athens painting. The Basilica and the Sistine Chapel are just as impressive as you would imagine. The tour was 3 hours and felt a bit long, especially with the heat and the very crowded spaces inside the Vatican's walls.

The skip the line was the only benefit to this “experience”. Our guide treated us like kindergarteners repeatedly saying “stay to the left, stay to the left” instead of giving us fun facts or tips. Most of what she said was found on a nearby plaque. Showed us the tapestry and said this is Tuscany with a big Tuscany sign above it when there was a beautiful ceiling above it and said nothing. The over the ear device was useless cause it constantly fell off and with the amount of people at the Vatican, the competing noise drowned out her voice. Ear buds like the other companies have would be better. Other than the garden she never pulled us aside to let us take pictures of the best places. Would appreciate a refund for Vivian’s lack of service. We have taken 5 viator tours and all have been great except this one.

This is a great overall tour if Vatican, Sistine Chapel and St Peter’s Basilica. Our tour guide was Maximus(?) and he also worked as a Vatican tour guide. His knowledge of all things Vatican related was amazing. His passion for this place was contagious. I do wish the Vatican would in force the quiet policy in the Sistine Chapel but that’s not the tour company issue. Timing was great and skip the line was a must. Easy to find checkin spot that was very close to entrance.

By far a wonderful experience. The meetup point is only minutes from the Vatican Museum. The tour guide was very knowledgable and guided through the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel, and Saint Peter's Bascilca. Skip the line is only way to go in Rome, especially when it is hot outside. The crowds were large and it was only late May. I was happy that I was able to book this last minute.

Tour was supposed to be 3 hrs. Unfortunately, the basilica was closed, but the tour was still supposed to be 3hrs. The tour guide cut us off at 2hrs leaving us in the museum. Highly disappointing

Our guide was very experienced (Vivian, I think). The Vatican and related sites is very large and you could spend all day there on your own. Our guide covered the primary highlights, but kept us moving at the pace of the crowd. Solid overall experience and a must do in Rome.

This Brastours experience was amazing! Our guide, Adriano, is an expert Vatican historian. He managed our time well, focusing on the highlights and had a great strategy for the Sistine Chapel visit. Won’t share deatils here as it may be their “trade secret”. He’s also so polite and kind not just to us but to everyone he came across with during the entire time. There was a lot of visitors even at our earliest time slot but I did not feel rushed at all, and really marvelled at all the art and history that we covered. Such a memorable tour!

Tour guide was not going to take us into St Peter's. Said we did not have tickets to get in. When several complained she found the tickets in her bag. St Peter's was not to be missed.

Get the skip the line ticket. Great tour and an awesome tour guide. The Vatican and St Peter's Basilica was chaotic. I could not imagine navigating this on my own.
