Our driver will pick you up at the address indicated 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Please contact us at least 12 hours before the service to communicate the exact time of your pick up. Once you have verified your identity by checking your booking voucher, you will be taken by following the fastest route to Rome airport (Fiumicino or Ciampino). Unless otherwise stated, all transfer services are calculated on the basis of 1 bag per passenger. Customers with more than one piece of luggage per person must be informed in advance to check if the stated car size is sufficient or if a larger vehicle needs to be provided and a higher transfer fee applied based on the requested car size. If customers travel with more than one piece of luggage per person without notice, the extra car may be charged directly.

Great experience! Our driver was waiting in our hotel lobby as soon as we came down to check out of the hotel. (He was early, so no stress there!) He loaded our luggage and got us to the airport in plenty of time. I highly recommend this service.

Nice piece of mind to know that you have a ride waiting for you right outside hotel and not having to deal with a taxi. Took us right to the terminal we needed and help load and unload our bags.

First Class Service

I gave this 5 stars only because I can't give any higher than 5. Our driver looked like a driver out of a movie. He was dressed in a nice Black suit and driving an immaculately clean shiny Black Mercedes. He was the ultimate example of professional. Due to the street in front of our hotel being blocked off, he had to park approximately 1/2 block away. He walked to us, greeted us, and carried our 2 suitcases for us. He drove like a trained professional driver, with both hand on the steering wheel at all times and focused on driving. We were treated and felt like we were celebrities. I would definitely recommend this service and would use them again.

Minimal Vehicle Capacity

The day before the scheduled pick up, I called the provider and was informed the car they were sending only had room for 2 people and 2 suitcases. We had 3 suitcases and 2 carry on. The provider cancelled the trip and I had to make other arrangements. I have to pursue a refund with Viator.

For standard services, the luggage allowance is clearly stated as 1 large suitcase per person. In this case, the booking did not reflect the actual luggage needs, which exceeded the capacity of the reserved vehicle. Had we been informed earlier, we would have gladly arranged a larger vehicle to accommodate you comfortably. We understand the frustration and hope your refund process with Viator is resolved quickly. We’re always available for any clarification or support.
