Scam! This is a voucher but never received a ticket and no instructions on where to go and it was never sent in any form. Luckily the ticket people let me buy a new ticket and cut the line but I still had to buy a ticket to get in. Absolutely no help from customer service. I want a refund!

Ticket not delivered as promised --this is not a review of the pantheon tour

This was a "self-guide" tour and tickets were supposed to be sent automatically but were not. The "tour operator" help number went to voice mail. Nobody answered the chat. I called Viator main customer service and they could not reach the operator either so they refunded 99% of the funds. This tour sis appear in my viator app as booked but it does seem it was a scam

Great value, the audio guide was very good and allowed you to go at own pace.. very easy ticket collection and entrance to Panthean was very organised.
