Amazing Gluten free cooking class

My daughter and I had an absolutely wonderful time with Christian. We learned how to make 2 different types of completely Gluten - free pastas from scratch (and 2 different sauces too). I absolutely loved the pesto sauce and will be making this at home as soon as I return! But our favorite was the tiramisu. What a treat to be able to eat Gluten free tiramisu! It was simple and delicious! Many thanks to Christian for a truly magical night!

Christian is an amazing chef and even better person! He takes the time required to explain the origins of each dish and how to make it gluten free. The hands one experience was so amazing. Creating dishes that were unfamiliar to us was worthwhile.
