Crown Jewel tour experience!

The experience was deeper and more meaningful than any other viator tour. The tour guide, Sang had a breadth of knowledge and mastery of communication and storytelling skills with a dash of humor. Just as the coffee he shared with us both he and the tour had many sweet and tasty layers that is only possible with an A plus guide. We would choose this tour again in a heart beat!

We love the food tour. We got to try many of the dishes we were interested in and were happy that everything was great. Enough time spent in every food vendor location. Our guide made sure everyone had enough food and drinks !!! Taught us respectful manners, games and told us great stories about Seoul. Def recommend !! Also, try to do the tour at the beginning of your trip so you can get all the great foods first at good vendors.

Danny was awesome

What an incredible tour, but be prepared to do a lot of walking uphill, but it was well worth it. Every step of it. Our tour guide, Danny, was very considerate of everyone. And he even used his own camera to take pictures of the group and individuals and then sent them to us. After the tour was over. He was very knowledgeable and experienced and dealing with foreigners ended a great job of explaining everything that we saw. He even went with us down into the tunnel. If you get him as your tour guide, you are definitely going to be in for a treat.

Great Excursion, Great Value, Great Guide!

This is a packed excursion and my family and I particularly enjoyed having the freedom to pick and choose different options to see and how we wanted to see them. CK, our guide was one of the best guides I have ever had. From the clear communication on pick up, to understanding what sites we would enjoy. We chatted about many things beyond just the sites which added so much to our learning of Korean culture and experiences. Awesome all day tour customized to be accessible!

Wow what a day! Jake was so nice and had very good English! He took us all around Seoul. He was very patient and kind with my wife’s mobility challenges. We first did the Namsan cable car - which was fun and very accessible. Then we went to palace which was very interesting. I did the entire tour of it - my wife sat and waited for me and she enjoyed looking at all the people dressed in traditional costumes. Jake explained that many tourists rent the costumes and wear them to the palace for getting free admission!! We went to look at some 500 year old houses which are still occupied. Next we went to the Buddhist temple. We were lucky as it was the annual chrysanthemum festival and my wife adores flowers. Plus the entire place was accessible with ramps. This was the highlight of the day for my wife. We had a traditional Korean lunch at the Maple Tree House. Meat was grilled at the table and was served with many accompaniments. My wife had a vegetarian rice bowl. Jake wanted to take us to an antiques market but my wife was worn out so we went back to the hotel. We highly recommend this kind of private tour when there are mobility challenges involved. Our guide Jake was first rate!!!!

An Outstanding DMZ Tour with Won!

Highly recommended this tour, Won was an absolutely fantastic tour guide and made our visit to the DMZ a truly memorable experience! I had visited the DMZ before, but Won made this trip feel completely unique and special. Won apart was his exceptional ability to navigate the crowds and expertly manage our timing. He seemed to know exactly where to go and when, ensuring we avoided long lines and spent our time enjoying the experience rather than waiting in crowds. His organization and leadership made the entire day seamless and stress-free. He also arranged a monorail ride to and from the North Korean tunnel which was extraordinarily helpful because we wouldn’t have been able to walk down and back up from the tunnel. Beyond the DMZ itself, Won took us to a fabulous local restaurant for lunch and shared excellent advice on which souvenirs were worth buying. These thoughtful touches made the tour feel personal and gave us an even greater appreciation for the experience. Won is knowledgeable, thoughtful, incredibly well-organized, and genuinely dedicated to making sure his guests have the best possible experience. The DMZ tour is very emotional and very educational

It is extremely emotional and educational.. It is a great workout physically and you need to be able to do a lot of stairs. It is fairly challenging and long inclines. Wear good walking or hiking shoes.. overall it is a great experience and a great tour.
