Tour guide~Mount Fuji

We had an amazing experience with our tour guide Israr! It was our first trip to Japan! I was travelling with my teenage sons and my mother, and despite the rainy weather, Israr went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible day. He was incredibly accommodating and determined to help us catch a glimpse of Mount Fuji. He took us to multiple different viewing spots until we found the perfect location, making sure we had beautiful, picture-perfect memories to take home. Throughout the day, he was patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable, sharing interesting facts and insights about the area. His positive attitude and dedication made all the difference, even with the challenging weather. My teenage boys had a fantastic time, which says a lot! We truly appreciated all of his effort and care in making our experience so memorable. After our trip, he dropped us off at the shopping centre and gave us some pointers on the best placesnto check out in Tokyo. I would highly recommend him to anyone visiting Japan. Thank you for making our first trip so special!

Great tour!

We covered a lot of area and had a tremendous guide who kept us well informed and was available for any and all questions! We got several glimpses of Mt Fugi, a rare occurrence. The bullet trip back to Tokyo was only 30 minutes but worth the additional cost and two hour bus ride.

We had an amazing experience on our Mt. Fuji tour, and a huge part of that was our exceptional tour guide, Omar. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and organized, making the entire day enjoyable from start to finish. He shared interesting facts about the area, kept everything running smoothly, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and included. His enthusiasm and passion for what he does really made the experience special. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide. It was a great night of...

It was a great night of entertainment and fun with lots of humor added in. The meal and drinks were and added bonus to the evening. Is the sumo wrestlers were impressive with lots of experience clearly behind them. Highly recommend this experience if you’re in Kyoto.

Amazing experience and Axel was the best tour guide we’ve ever had on all our world travels!

Come really hungry and ready to eat your way through Shinjuku. We don’t usually enjoy tours, but this was an interesting and fun experience made even better by our amazing guide Axel. Axel was able to give us lots of information about the area, the landmarks, funny anecdotes and what was unique about the food and beverages we were enjoying. Every dish we tasted was delicious, fresh and beautifully presented. Every restaurant was a step into Japanese food culture and helped introduce us to some foods we’d never tried before. The Okinanwan restaurant was a highlight, with so many unique and delicious foods we hadn’t tried before. This is why we chose this tour, for the exposure to new and exciting, fresh foods we may have otherwise missed or overlooked on our own. I really can’t say enough about our tour guide, Axel. He made sure everyone had a wonderful time. He ensure we were all laughing and enjoying ourselves which made the experience even more special. By the end of the tour I felt like I’d made a new group of friends here in Japan. If you’re looking for one tour to do in Tokyo I can’t recommend this one enough. It was money well spent. Again, come really hungry and pace yourself! There’s a lot more food provided than I ever expected and it was all delicious

Seriously entertaining sumo

This sumo experience was highly entertaining, educational, and edible. Located right in central Asakusa, this sumo club features retired professional wrestlers who were endearing and serious about the craft, with a reliably fun emcee who would go about teaching the audience about the history of sumo as well as interact and drive us to chant during matches. All of this, as well as as served with a hearty lunch of some really great chicken hot pot and karaage and beer (and other small items which you could get AYCE), made for a really joyful and participatory afternoon!

Aya is a great guide!

Aya was a lovely guide, knowledgeable and shared a lot of history that was new to me! She was funny and kind and I would love a tour by her again! Minimal walking, nice to leave extra stuff/purchases on the bus! I tried to book directly on Japan Panoramic Tours but they wouldn’t take my Visa credit card, grateful Viator makes payments easy for US citizens!

Sumo: A Sight to Remember!

This was an experience! I’m not sure sumo is our thing, but it was fun to see it in action for the first time and learn a little bit about it. This was not a real competition. I think my husband felt it was a little bit too touristy, but to me, it was exactly what it billed itself to be, so I’m giving it five stars. They delivered a fun, entertaining experience that introduced us to a sport of which we were previously uninformed.

What a wonderful...

What a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, especially Moe who was running the class. It was easy to follow and they made the process of making the ramen incredibly fun. Being able to enjoy the fruits of our labor at the end was the cherry on top!

What a fun experience...

What a fun experience getting to see some of the car culture in Tokyo. Went with a family of 5 with 15, 13 and 12 yo girls and everyone loved it. Onel and Tharindu were our drivers; their cars were clean and fun. They did a great job navigating through traffic at high speeds always in control of their cars.
