A highlight to our trip to Kyoto!

We really enjoyed ourselves! The staff did a great job and were very engaged with the crowd. The ability to use the app to order drinks and food that came directly to the table was great and allowed us to focus on just being there. The food and service were on point. The young woman who facilitated the event along with the wresters did a fantastic job demonstrating the history and fundamentals of this tradition. Speaking to that point, the Geisha demonstration only added to the level of enjoyment. We loved how they took care of us and made this a spot recommending. Great Day at Mt Fuji

We had a great time and trip with Abdul our driver and tour guide. We were picked up at our Hotel. He took us to places near Mt Fuji to get the best views, however the weather did not cooperate and it was cloudy. We also took a boat cruise on Lake Kawaguchiko to see if we could get a view of the hidden Mt Fuji, we were able to see a little of it after it cleared up. We also wanted to stop at the Gotembo Outlet Mall for a few hours of shopping and Abdul was able accommodate us. Overall we had a great day with Abdul and we made it safely back at our Hotel.

Great Memories

We had the best time here. It was fun walking around to find the place and the food and drinks were fine and plentiful. The highlight was the show and that my seven year old granddaughter was one of the people selected for a match. It was hilarious. Everyone was good at their parts. I would highly recommend.

Mount Fuji Tour – Great Guide, Heavy Holiday Traffic

The Mount Fuji tour was a very interesting and enjoyable experience. However, I strongly recommend avoiding public holidays, as traffic can be extremely heavy. We spent over three hours stuck in traffic on both the outbound and return journeys, which significantly affected the schedule. A special thanks to our guide, Lydia, who was extremely professional, helpful, and dedicated. She did everything possible to ensure the itinerary was completed as planned, despite the challenging traffic conditions. Thank you so much, Lydia, for your patience and excellent work! Your efforts made a real difference to our experience.

Zenji was awesome!!

We had an amazing 6-hour private tour of Tokyo with Zenji! He was polite, helpful, incredibly knowledgeable, and so much fun to spend the day with. He took us to a beautiful temple, the world’s busiest crossing, and the incredible fish market. Along the way, we enjoyed delicious sushi, Wagyu steak, mochi, and sake. He also helped us navigate Tokyo’s sophisticated train system, which made getting around so much easier. Zenji made our day in Tokyo truly memorable, and we highly recommend him to anyone visiting the city!

If you get Tsubasa then you will have an even better tour experience. He was brilliant. He knew his history and geography. An evening with the Sumo Wrestlers

Wonderful fun evening. Marvelous hosting by the MC providing background and history of the sport. An insight into the life of the Sumo wrestlers. Demo of their training by the wrestlers. The dos and don'ts of the Sumo match. All the rules for winning and losing the match. Full demo match between the wrestlers. All in an inclusive and entertaining way. Then volunteers were given an opportunity to have a go. This was the most entertaining part of the evening. Great fun. Finally an opportunity for everyone to pop down to the ring and have their picture taken with the wrestlers. Truly a most entertaining evening.

Sadly cancelled due to weather - the refund process was superb

Sadly our drive was cancelled due to excess rain. I'm writing this as the refund process was seamless and quick. The operator cancelled and asked for the refund to be credited, I was advised to called the number on the app, it was answered quickly and the operator was friendly and efficient. The refund was on my card within 48hrs. It was reassuring that it happened so easily and created a trust for me to book future outings knowing that the refund process etc is handled so professionally.

Mizuho is the best!

Mizuho was a fantastic guide. She was patient and very accomodating with the group. Her english was excellent and she was very clear to understand. Even though one couple on the tour was constantly late at multiple rendezvous points, she kept her cool and politely reminded everyone to be on time. I love her spirit and enthusiasm. She shared a lot of Japanese history and culture. This was the perfect way to get an overview of Tokyo in a very short amount of time. I would totally recommend Mizuho to anyone going on any of her tours.

AMAZING! Highly Recommend!

This was by far mine and my partner's favorite experience! We unintentionally had a "private" session since we went on a Monday at 2pm. We were fortunate that the team was able to accommodate our time change due to other variables on the trip, which worked out since we got to do this experience before the downpour of rain at night. My partner and I felt like celebrities since people kept taking pics of us around Shibuya. Orko was an amazing guide and took photos of us whenever we were at a stop light. He made the experience fun and memorable and sent us the images right away when we were done. Would highly recommend to anyone if you have time to add it to your itinerary! Make sure to get those IDP's! That and your passport are very important since they will ask you about it a few days before the start of the event.
