The tour was great because we were able to pick the places we wanted to go to, and Linda the tour guide was cordial, very nice, and always paying attention to everyone in our group. She made sure we were enjoying the experience, learning about Busan, and she guided us at all times. Linda learned the names of all of us 14 family members. It was a day we will always remember.

Ryan Lee was an exceptional tour guide. He went above and beyond in accommodating our travel requests. He even made some suggestions in highlighting local areas that added to our first Busan visit. Danny was an amazing and gracious guide! He took such great care of us and really made us feel welcome. He had great ideas on what to see and was very accommodating for any side trips we wanted to make along the way. He also did an amazing job documenting our day with photos that he shared that we'll treasure. He was such an amazing person to spend a day with; it was like having a family member who lived there and took us around to see the best sights. We had Jino as our tour guide in Busan last year when we brought my parents, and we loved him so much that we specifically requested him again for this trip with our daughters and my wife’s brother and sister. Honestly, we didn't think he could top our last experience, but he was somehow even more amazing this time around.
Jino just has this wonderful, endearing and genuine way of making you feel completely at home and welcomed. He doesn’t just show you around; he really takes care of you.
We visited the Haedongyonggungsa Buddhist Temple, Gamcheon Culture Village, Ahopsan Bamboo Forest, and the Jagalchi Fish Market. Hearing his stories and in depth knowledge really enriched our experience and appreciation of these incredible parts of Busan culture and history; it felt so much more special than just checking sights off a list.
What really made it special, though, was how much Jino truly cares about his guests. He constantly went out of his way to make sure we were completely comfortable. He’d grab our heavy backpacks so we didn't have to carry them, he took tons of great family pictures for us, and he was always focused on what we needed. It was way more than you would ever expect from a tour guide.
The sweetest part of the trip was how he treated my daughters. They were really hoping to visit a Miffy Cafe while we were in town. Jino not only worked it into our schedule, but he actually found the time to take us to TWO different Miffy Cafe locations in Busan! He was incredibly patient while they shopped and never made us feel rushed for a single second.
If you’re coming to Busan, do yourself a favor and ask for Jino. He is a genuinely kind person who just wants you to have the best trip possible, and we are so incredibly grateful for him!

Fiona was hands down the coolest tour guide we have ever had! From the moment we met her, her energy, personality, and passion for what she does made our day incredibly special.
She took us to amazing places we never would have discovered on our own and made every stop interesting, fun, and memorable. Great way to experience Busan instead of going on a cruise ship excursion. We had limited time and greatly appreciated sharing it with Jina. A lovely morning without feeling stressed. Jina was knowledgeable and navigated brilliantly! We enjoyed all the sites visited. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience! Amazing tour guide. Linda was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, pleasant and accommodating. Very good driver as well. Great city. Felt very safe and secure. Very well organized. Would definitely recommend. We were a group of 13 with ages ranging from 12 to 74. Went to bamboo forest (very beautiful and unique if you like nature, just be ready to walk and climb uphill). Visited the Buda temple (highly recommend, very beautiful and unique as well…must do). Fish market was different but not my favorite thing. Overall amazing experience. Thank you Linda!

This experience was perfect for us, there were specific places we wanted to visit. We were able to combine our points of interests into this tour. Our guide Anthony was attentive and knowledgeable. He made sure we got to do what we were interested in. He told us the history of the places we visited.

We had a wonderful tour with Jakeyoung was absolutely wonderful. He was professional, friendly, and so pleasant to be around.
He provided so much additional information about the history of Korea and about the sites that we visited; you can tell that he is extremely proud of his country and enjoys sharing its rich culture and history with guests.
I only booked a half day because it was our first day in Korea and jet lag is real, but I wish we had booked a full day tour with him.
I would tour again with Jaek and would recommend him to others.

Great tour! Started with Bk who arranged our tour and communicated with us to ensure we knew the plan. Our tour guide Mr. Moon aka "Iceman" was awesome.we actually wanted to deviate from original plan. Iceman was very accommodating and crafted a new itinerary for us that maximized our time and allowed us to not feel rushed.Clean vehicle, and Iceman gave us historical information about Busan as we drove around. Truly an all around great experience. Iceman can be our wing man anytime!

Great experience. Picked us up on time at the cruise port. Returned us on time to port despite traffic. We were able to jam in a lot for 8 hours. We went to a glass bottom sky walk, cable cars, Busan x the sky, Starbucks at the top, 8 crane game arcades, Michelin beef restaurant, and songdo cable cars all while getting a great history of Busan while riding around on our private tour. Overall, great experience, me and my 2 young sons enjoyed it! Mina was a great guide!

We had a great time with our private tour guide Bada. He’s courteous and gave great recommendations. When i booked the tour, I gave the company a list of places to visit about 4-5 places including sky train and they can help purchase tickets and you just pay cash the day off which worked great as we didn’t have to wait in line. Bada took us to lunch at Pork Soup (Gukbap) which is Busan specialty and it was delicious and cheap. All of us enjoyed the food including my picky daughter. One of the stops (Oryukdo skywalk) was closed due to strong winds, so
keep that in mind. We just enjoyed the scenery nearby. Before we end our tour, Bada gave recommendations where to have dinner around Gwangalli Beach to be closer to drone shows on Saturday, unfortunately we didn’t get to try since the queue was long. But we appreciated all of his suggestions. I would definitely recommend booking this private tour to enjoy your time in Busan at your own pace.

We had an amazing time in Busan thanks to our fantastic guide Jina. The tour was tailored to our exact requirements and we saw so much more than we would have seen on our own, as well as quirky little things we’d have missed. Lunch was also arranged to suit our requirements and was delicious.
Communications prior to our trip were excellent, ensuring we had the perfect itinerary, we even had to make a last minute timing change due to immigration which was handled perfectly.
I can thoroughly recommend this tour, and having Jina as our guide was like being shown around by an exceptionally knowledgeable friend

We had an excellent tour of Busan with Jake! Jake is a wonderful guide. He is very knowledgeable, patient, a great driver, has attention to detail and is very kind. We saw so much of Busan thanks to Jake. We visited Haedong Yonggungsa temple, Han:ok cafe, Jagalchi fish market, Gamcheon culture village, cable car and suspension walk, and had a delicious lunch at a local restaurant! We couldn’t have seen all of these places by ourselves. We highly recommend this tour!

I had a great time with Jina! She is a wonderful tour guide, very knowledgeable about the local history and culture, and I enjoyed spending the day with her. I was not aware of Busan's involvement in the Korea War as a home for refugees and although a solemn place, the UN Cemetery is worth a visit.

Danny was an absolutly amazing tour guide! He adjusted our tour a bit t oavoid the crowds and really worked hard to get us where we wanted to go. He was full of good information and knew all the great spots. Also he is a wonderful photographer for us!

We had a great day with Bada Cho! This was a cruise ship port for us. Bada was in communication with us beforehand about our itinerary, made sure to include all we wanted to do and even took us to a real Korean barbecue! His van was very spacious and comfortable for our group of eight. He was waiting at the port for us upon arrival, guided us around the sites, took great photos, managed to keep track of all eight of us at some very busy places, and kept us on schedule so we got back to the ship on time. We would highly recommend Bada if you’re visiting Busan and would happily hire him again to take us around Busan!! It was well worth every penny!

Wonderful with our new friend Arthur who we now refer to as King Arthur because he treated us like royalty. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and kind and planned a wonderful day in Busan. He picked us up from the cruise ship terminal early and had a wonderful vehicle to travel in. He showed us some wonderful sights and recommended a traditional Korean bbq and explained how the locals dine. He is truely a prince among men and highly recommend him.

Our tour guide, Jino, was a very kind, thoughtful and polite young man! He was very professional and knowlegeable about the areas we visited and was very patient with all our questions and requests! He patiently waited while we shopped, took us to food vendors where we wanted to try different foods, and took us to ideal photo-taking spots that didn’t have the big lines. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Jino!!! He was so easy going and helpful we wish he could drive us around our whole time in Korea!

We had a fantastic day with our guide, Arthur. He went above and beyond showing us the sites and even serving as our photographer for the day! He was very flexible and made great recommendations for our tour. We visited the Yonggungsa Temple, Gamcheon Culture Village, Jagalchi fish market, and BIFF square. Gamcheon Culture Village was an unexpected delight, and Arthur helped us find some excellent street cart snacks to taste in BIFF square. If we ever return to Busan, we'll request Arthur as our guide!

5 stars for this tour. The company was extremely helpful planning our custom tour for our party of 6. They purchased in advance the capsule tickets to assure our spot. They also helped us book appointments with PPEUM so we all could get facial treatments to get the glow the Koreans are known for. Our guide Lucy was exceptional! Her English is perfect. She worked with us to get to the temple even though it was Buddha’s birthday. She recommended a great food treat. She helped rebook our facials when traffic due to the holiday risked a late arrival. I really couldn’t have asked for more. It was the best day!

We had a great time touring Busan. We loved exploring Gamcheon Village and later eating lunch at the fish market. In addition to a great tour, the company was very flexible. Our guide picked us at the train station upon our arrival and dropped us at the hotel at the end.

I’m sure the TA has a lot of great guides, however, ours named Arthur, was simply amazing. We booked several months ahead and as we approached the tour date, we questioned some spots we initially wanted to see, once Arthur was assigned to us and looked at what we planned, he advised us what to do on our tour day to maximize our tour. What he recommended was great, the day was perfect and he even took us to an authentic KBBQ place for lunch. He was very attentive to our needs and explained the sites we visited in great detail. If you get Arthur, you will not be disappointed.

Jina was great! We really enjoyed her company as she drove us around to the different sights and gave us tidbits of information. We were never rushed and she allowed us to explore. She recommended a place to eat lunch and she nailed it! Best ginseng chicken ever. She even helped with taking our photos.
