What are people saying about Reykjavik

Iceland
We enjoyed the tour so much, waterfall and other sites were breathtaking. Huge shout out to our driver and tour leader Ding Sichao (Chao). Unfortunately, my wallet and pasport were stolen during the trip. Chao stepped up immediately to help. He notified his office of the theft. He then drove us to the nearest police station and introduced himself and us to the police. While I was completing paperwork, he took rest of tour members to the next atop w lunch. He doubled back to pick us up just as paperwork was completed. He took us to the restaurant w rest of group. Though a jarring experience to be robbed, Chao was attentive and careful with us the entire day. After lunch, a nearby hotel notified me that my wallet and passport were found! Cash a cards were gone, but passport was intact! Chao drove us to the nearby hotel so i could retrieve my belongings. We enjoyed the tour despite the drama. Chao is to be commended for his professionalism and care. He refused a tip at end of tour since I had lost cash. I insisted on a tip…he certainly deserved it! Kudos again to Chao.

Just do it! You will have no regrets.
This is a very long day but well worth it. Monia was our guide. She is very knowledgeable and runs a tight ship. Don't be late! LOL We really liked her and her sense humor. The pace is quick so you won't even realize how much time is zooming by. Don't forget a bag to transport your wet bathing suit after your time at The Blue Lagoon. I'd also recommend some type of waterproof sandals or socks to wear into the water so you don't have to worry about slipping when going up and down stairs to and from the locker rooms.

Sky Lagoon exceeded our...
Sky Lagoon exceeded our expectations and was one of the highlights of our Iceland trip. The entire facility is exceptionally clean, modern, and beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully planned. The lagoon itself is very large, so even with plenty of visitors it never felt crowded, and there was always space to relax and enjoy the stunning ocean views. The seven-step ritual was a completely new experience for me and one of my favorite parts of the visit. Moving through each stage—from the warm lagoon to the cold plunge, sauna, mist, scrub, steam, and shower—felt both refreshing and incredibly relaxing. The sequence is very well designed and made the experience feel much more immersive than a typical hot spring visit. Overall, Sky Lagoon combines outstanding architecture, excellent facilities, and a peaceful atmosphere into a truly memorable experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Iceland and would gladly return.

Very good
A very good tour. We were picked up near our hotel and dropped off there at the end of the tour. The guide was excellent, very clear and concise and informative. (He only said his name once and I did not hear it properly). Each place we visited was busy but that is the nature of summer tourism in Iceland. We loved Gulfoss and would have appreciated more time there. Overall a very good day.
