So cool (pun intended) to...
So cool (pun intended) to walk through the cave and learn about how it is formed - and that it doesn't last forever! Our guide Boris shared so much interesting information about volcanoes, glaciers and Iceland in general - highly recommend for the whole family!

Once In A Lifetime Tour!
Our host and driver Michele was fantastic! Thanks for being patient with 18 different personalities.. Got us to all locations safely and expeditiously.. Also was a wealth of knowledge and humor.. Our glacier hike guides Francois and Danny made sure we were all well equipped and safe! A once in a lifetime tour. Views were out of this world. Highly recommend! Worth. The Price!! Also. Don’t forget to tip!!

Surreal and spectacular!!
Incredible!!! This was my favorite thing we did in Iceland. Our guide, David, with gravel travel was so knowledgeable and shared stories, history, geology, and more with us. We were able to engage and chat while riding out over beautiful snowy terrain looking ahead at volcanoes and the glacier we’d be visiting. I highly recommend a stay in Vik to see the scenery on the southern coast and to do this tour. Being inside the cave itself was surreal. The vehicle felt safe and comfortable and we even drove back across the beautiful black sand beach. Highly recommend!!

Kid friendly and it’ll take your breath away!
Went with my two kids, the youngest being nine. The guide was very helpful and accommodating. At times it was hard for my youngest to keep up so the guide had us join him in the front to set the pace, which I think everyone was happy to slow down lol.

Vik may not have an exciting name—it just translates to “bay” in Icelandic—but this town on the southern tip of Iceland is anything but boring. Sign a waiver, and within minutes, Vik tours will have you riding in a buggy along the black sand beach of Reynisfjara, exploring an ice cave under Katla Volcano, or snowmobiling above it on Mýrdalsjökull, the country’s fourth-largest glacier. Ziplining, paragliding, and kayaking (in a glacial lagoon) are all options if you go with a guide.
