Communication leading up to the event was great. Once we arrived, we still had to fill out additional docs and do a boating license test. Which they didn’t disclose until upon arrival. That would be nice to include in the text message it’s a 25 question test. It’s mandatory depending on your bday so nothing their fault just something I wasn’t prepared for. I asked prior to boarding, how was the water, they said it was great, no rain etc. I asked that prior bc the boat is small and you can feel everything! They send you a list of captains I picked the best rated according to their text message, I’m not sure if that’s who we got. We boarded and the water was choppy! We bounced up and down and was slamming down in some spots that caused me to have a headache. The captain seen I was distraught and she did or said ABSOLUTELY nothing. Matter of fact, I felt like she ignored me a few times. She was on her phone texting the ENTIRE time and only said anything when we asked her. She said oh this is nothing. Maybe you haven’t been on a boat before so you don’t know. I was appalled at the service. I understand you can’t control the water but the service and reading your passengers would have made the experience completely different. The champagne they offer is the bottom of the barrel by the way, we didn’t even open it.

Amazing experience! Captain Rafa and his colleague made our tour unforgettable today! We went as a family of 5 including 2 teens and a 4 year old and was throughly enjoyed by all! I mistakenly thought booking the 3 hour sandbar tour included the skyline and millionaire houses along with a stop off at the sandbar to swim in the sea, but it’s actually just time to spend in the sea at the sandbar but after talking to Rafa and paying an extra $100 to cover fuel he took us to see everything! So knowledgeable and a great way to get to know Miami! He was amazing with our 4 year old too! An experience I’m sure he will never forget! Teens loved playing their music through Bluetooth speakers too! Champagne was a great added feature too! Definitely one of the best holiday extras we’ve been on! Thank you again for a great day!

Hola mi Gente Latino!!! If you are looking for a good tour guide, don’t hesitate to book now 🤩 me and my wife coming from California had a blast! A special shoutout to Leo! He is the goat! Try to book him if you can! And the boat is actually really nice and clean with top shade and the white seats are amazing! You can connect your phone to Bluetooth and blast your music and he will take you to perfect spots for pictures! Never been to Miami and this is a MUST to do in Miami! Highly recommending it! He speaks Spanish and vibes very cool 😎 honestly this was worth it!!! Don’t think, book it before price goes up ;) WORTH EVERY DIME!

This experience is not as advertised. It is not a captain / boat combo. It is a bareboat charter then you personally hire the captain they recommend and you assume all liability. We were not notified of this until within the cancellation time. We reached out to Viator and they agreed that the tour was not advertised properly. Waiting to hear if we get refunded.

You were notified at the time of booking that this experience is a bareboat charter, and you were provided with all legal requirements and steps to ensure full compliance with the law. A list of available captains was shared with you so you could freely choose the one you preferred. You were also given the option to operate the vessel yourself, provided you met the corresponding legal requirements — exactly as expected in a bareboat charter.

It was a very bad experience. First of all, they said the boat was overbooked because of a glitch in the app and wanted to change the booking. I had to spend the whole day messaging them and trying to rearrange my other bookings as well. I definitely did not want to spend my vacation dealing with this. Secondly, the captain had parked the boat in someone else’s yacht spot. When some of our friends got nervous about getting on the boat, the owner of the spot arrived and told us to move immediately. The captain then changed locations, which made us wonder why this situation happened in the first place. In total, we only spent about 30 minutes on the boat and we never even requested an extension. When we got off, it was only 4:27 PM, meaning we actually returned early. On top of that, throughout the entire ride, the captain was constantly on the phone either texting or talking. Overall, my experience was terrible and I do not think the service deserved the amount of money I paid.

Your booking was affected by an app glitch ( not in our control), and our team worked with you throughout the day to secure an alternative time so your tour could still take place. Regarding boarding, the captain temporarily positioned the boat while waiting for your group, and he immediately moved as soon as the slip owner arrived. This did not affect the duration of your tour. Your group spent approximately 30 minutes on the water because you were late and as you can see as per our reviews we have a lot of tours. At no point did you request additional time, and the captain followed the itinerary as booked. Finally, safety is our top priority. Captains are permitted to use their phones only for navigation and operational communication, never for personal use during a tour. We’re sorry the experience didn’t meet your expectations, but the service provided was consistent with what was booked and described.

Hector Blanco was fabulous. This trip was fun. We did not get champagne! The cost was confusing and sort of a bate and switch. The cost online was one number THEN we had to pay the captain and something else. We had to sign a lengthy agreement. NOT COOL! Be prepared for extra cost and signing legal documents. I recommend with "eyes wide open"

Please do not book this… our tour was booked for 2 hrs and we started 30 mins late. While booking I spoke to Vikki and specifically asked we are on girls trip and we only want to do the millionaire houses. And she said this is the perfect tour to book. Once we reached, our captains name was Hector and he didn’t even introduce himself once we got on the boat since we were 30 minutes late he took us to Biskin Bay and while reaching their reaction him that no to towards specifically I was four millionaire houses and he’s like well. I don’t have enough time, but I don’t know why he brought us to biscuit Bay where we told them that our focus was only on millionaire houses anyways, he didn’t take us to any of the sightings we wanted he just took us to Biscom Bay docked there for like 30 minutes and then we came back so I would definitely recommend not booking this one and they were expenses of over $120 that you had to pay at after reaching the dock so I don’t know what those expenses were when when your tourist says everything is included so be there before you booked this trip.

You booked a 1‑hour tour, and that route does not cover Millionaires Row. This is clearly stated in the tour description. The $120 in fees you mentioned are also disclosed before booking and again in the confirmation messages. These are standard, mandatory charges and not something added unexpectedly
