Hubby loved it . I was a bit mah.
.if you know all the history about how Lee Harvey oswald was caught and killed then prob do things yourself.it was all about him and the theories. We were picked up at dealey plaza where everything happened anyway so can all be seen on foot

The JFK tour takes you through an auditory and visual re-enactment of the series of events prior, during and after JFK assassination and the multiple characters involved in the story, which is one of the most fascinating events in the U.S. and definitely the most fascinating in Dallas history. Our guide Lisa and our driver Tina drove us safely through all the main locations. We had a “JFK education day” - spoke with Pat at Oswald’s Rooming House, visited the Dealey Plaza, and took the JFK Trolley Tour. Would recommend the full experience!

Very insightful and the guide was really good, despite horrible downtown traffic. It was great to drive outside of downtown too to see where Harvey Oswald lived and went on the run

The tour was well explained by Viator, easy accessible parking near the bus. The tour guide was knowledgeable, the bus was clean, the recording was clear, and really made you feel like you were traveling back in time. I would recommend it.

The trolley left promptly at our scheduled time. The location was easy to find (in front of the fountains right across the Dealey Building). The information was prerecorded which was fine and easy to hear, and Lisa, our driver, was on point with the trolley stops so we were at the accurate locations as we were given information. The trolley was air conditioned which was nice, but would also have been nice for it to be fully open window walls, but it was a really enjoyable ride.

Tour was canceled due to a bike event. We were not told of cancellation, asked for a refund through a chat option which was left unanswered. Still waiting for a refund

The tour didnt happen. It was bumped.from 1030 to 12 a d we. Couldn't go. Asked for a refund and haven't heard from anyone

The city of Dallas, closed the streets in downtown. We offered a free ride on our next tour and a free ride on our city of Dallas tour. When booking a tour through Viator, we have no control over refunds. Viator issues the refunds not us. You will need to contact Viator since you paid Viator for the ticket. This is out of our control.

Had an amazing experience on the JFK tour. Our tour guide was absolutely fantastic — knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate the entire time. This hour long tour was a perfect recap of the events of the historical shooting. Live audio was heard and followed the path the trolley was taking. Driver was great and informative. She stopped so we could take pictures.

A great way to see the highlights of the city and to learn the history of JFK. Good value for money and the perfect length of time. My only complaint was that the audio recordings were far too loud and poor quality.

Lisa was great, gave us lots of information and we both learnt a lot.
Great to see some of the parts of the story we would not necessarily have been aware of.
We thought we knew the story of that day but we definitely didn't and felt we never would of without this trip.

Bessie the Trolly was comfortable and Dana was a great tour guide. The tour was just the right length, driving by various locations from November 1963. We visited in April, so the temperature was good.

Lisa did a great job !!! She is very personable and considerate ! She took anyone's pic on the trolly that wanted. The experience was emotional for me as I was 12 when it happened. Having the audio during, made it an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend !
