What a great way to immerse ourselves in some downtown Atlanta history. Zoe, our culinary arts instructor not only taught us the nuances of making delicious buttermilk biscuits and yummy “personalized spiced” pimento cheese spread, she crafted a history that connected these southern specialties with Atlanta. If you have a couple hours to spare, this was worth time (and you get a homemade snack with some southern sweet tea)!
