Excellent visit to Burano and Murano.

Excellent way to see the lagoon areas of Venice and learn about the trades of glassblowing and lacemaking. Our guide Laura, our guide, was informative about the history of the area and the different inhabitants of the islands. We were also fortunate to see flamingos feeding in the wetland area. Ample time to explore around each island.

Had a fantastic time with Giovanni! Finally learned how to make pasta! Great guided instruction. tip- DON'T BOOK THRU VIATOR! Go directly to Cooking Italy. I needed to change my reservation, which Viator refused to help me with. Henry with Cooking Italy was awesome and made the switch no problem

Lots of stairs and fun with Clair our guide!

Be sure to know the meeting spot for the start of the tour and be prepared to walk several flights of stairs. There is only 2 places to stop and rest/sit and 2 locations with public toilets (both will be very busy). Tour is worth taking and our guide Clair was the BEST! High energy, memorized all names of everyone in the group and made the history part of the tour fun.

This experience was awesome. Ana was our food tour guide and she was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed discovering the hidden and authentic places in town. This is a must-do. It was great to get away from the tourisy district and discover places that represent the roots of the city.

Our guide was Elena you could tell she loved her job! She made our tour fun adding in some jokes along the way as well as many historical facts. My partner and I did not know much history of either building and it was really nice to have Elena explain things to us on the way through. I would recommend this tour to a friend or family member!

Great day seeing Murano and Burano

We had an excellent tour guide Flavia visiting Murano and Burano. Glad we didn't skip seeing the islands while visiting Venice. Flavia was amazing and made the trip so interesting and worth it! She answered all of our questions and provided so much history and information, not only of the islands, but of Venice as well! She even provided recommendations of restaurants in Venice since she lived in the area. Absolutely 100/100! Best tour guide by far!

It was great but the...

It was great but the timing was not the best. It was not clear about the lunch and rest room break which was at 11:45 and then after the palace tour which was long, there was no time for a toilet break as the line was too long. Luckily I didn’t drink much otherwise I would have had to leave. It would have been better to change the times to accommodate this.

Fantastic Time!!

Was an easy relaxed pace of a variety of food and wine tasting. We did not feel rushed at all. Alice our host / guide was very knowledgeable about the local culture food, wine and traditions. Portions did not leave us hungry or thirsty. They also offered vegetarian and alcohol free options.

Wonderful tour, friendly and informative guide

Wonderful tour - our guide was friendly and informative. The pace was good as we got to see the Doge’s Palace and St. Marks Basilica. We had a nice coffee break in between. Then we had about an hour break before our gondola ride which was a bucket list item for us!

St Mark’s Basilica, palacio Ducale, gondola tour

Our group of 19 was led by Grace from The Tour Guy- wonderful. She was passionate about the places , history, her country, and advocated for our group when others cut in line. The crowds are significant so having a guide like Grace was a gift! Highly recommend this. The 30 min gondola ride was extra sweet- just 2 of us, 5 pm so cooler, and it’s fascinating to watch these 11 ft boats navigate right angle turns. Great tour!
