Best tour in Venice
We had a great time!! I would definitely recommend this tour if you go to Venice. The glass blowing experience was the best.
If you decided to do this tour then ask for Geovanni he was very good and was very knowledgeable. We had the best time with him as our guide.

Great tour!
Giovani was an excellent tour guide— we covered a lot of ground—historically as well as the extent of the tour. This is a great way to orient yourself to Venice, gain insight into the culture and equip yourself with some good recommendations for things to do and see by yourself. Highly recommend!

Dolomites
Great itinerary. Expect afternoon rainshowers so our last stop was shortened. The driver, Christiana, was excellent. We had 8 people in our party, so a bigger van would have been better. Give your drivers a mic and the passengers their own speakers so everyone can hear the driver. Overall it was a great tour.
Fantastic views and scenery.

Shannon made Venice Truly Special!
Shannon from Walks was absolutely brilliant! We only had one day in Venice, and the three hour personal tour we had with her made us feel like we had been in Venice for days. Her wealth of knowledge and absolute willingness to indulge our million and one questions made our visit truly memorable. We cannot say enough good things about Shannon, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking to make the most of their stay in beautiful Venice.

Excellent trip and loved the route & towns
Enjoyed the route from Venice. We looked at other routes from other starting locations however, they did not appear as nice as this one. Our guide/driver was Marco, who is from the mountain area and knew it very well. He was very accommodating and informative and did his best to guide us to wonderful viewing and even some walking spots. Our day was a challenge because we ran into some light snow in the upper elevations and Marco adapted us appropriately. The roads were clear so that made this adventure more comfortable for all.

Take this tour with Mr. G.
1. Take the tour with Mr. G. He's is an excellent storyteller. He is funny and inna very short time (only 2 hours) helps you understand and appreciate the history of Venice.
2. While this is an effective and efficient tour, there is a lot of uneven surfaces and steps (over 70 up and same number down). This worked for us but Incan imagine people this would be a deal breaker.
3. The reason you want a tour guide for this tour is that St. Marks cathedral can be crowded and if we didn't have a guide we would not have been able to navigate it.

Dont miss this!
It was a fantastic tour with Roberta! She was so informative and had great historical stories to share. We spent 6 hours touring St. Marks Basciilla and the Doges Palace. She knew so much about the artwork and architecture. The gondola ride included in the tour was relaxing. Roberta also took us in a residential area with narrow winding streets and charming old houses. T here was a lot of walking, so if you have mobility issues, this is not for you!
All in all, a perfect tour!

Our tour guide was very...
Our tour guide was very friendly, funny and knowledgeable about the history of the sites we visited (Doges Palace and St. Marks Basilica). She also shared interesting info about the painters who created many of the art on the walls and ceilings, and about the materials and processes used in the building and creation of both places.

Dolomites: Beautiful tour!
Estefania is a great tour guide and safe driver. She is knowledgeable and tells us a lot of information as we drove past important/ historical places on the way to the Dolomites.
She accommodated our request, and used a higher van with big windows so we would not feel the motion sickness too much. I wish we could have all sat together as a family though.
The tour was worth it and would highly recommend this tour!

Don’t be Afraid of Classical Music
You don’t have to be a classical music lover to enjoy this trip back in time, through music
Traveling for the first time to Italy with friends & family. We thought getting a glimpse of old world Venice through music would be cool and it was. Don’t know anything about classical music but do know a few names of the old composers, Vivaldi is one and seeing how his “The Four Seasons” work is the most famous, and he was from Venice it made sense to go to the performance. We all had a wonderful time and the music was very engaging & lively. I think what really added to the performance, especially if you weren’t a classical music lover, was that the musicians dressed in the costumes of the period. You could imagine yourself in the 18th Century & listening to a concert of Vivaldi. We were looking for something uniquely “Venetian” and this concert fit the bill. Of course it was for “tourists” but it definitely had a different “flavor” other than the regular “tourist” things to do in Venice. We upgraded our tickets to “Skip the Line- Sit in the First Thee Rows”. It was worth it to be right up front. Like I said earlier, no one in our group was a classical music fan but we all enjoy good music whatever the genre. We heard good music & enjoyed the showmanship. It was a great activity and an end to a beautiful day in Venice.

🌄 A Perfect Day in the Dolomites! 🇮🇹✨
Today we explored the breathtaking Misurina Lake, often called the “Pearl of the Dolomites.” Surrounded by dramatic mountain peaks and reflected perfectly in its crystal-clear waters, it’s a scene straight out of a postcard! 💙
After soaking in the alpine beauty, we continued on to Cortina d’Ampezzo — a charming, picture-perfect village filled with cozy cafés, boutique shops, and stunning views in every direction. 🏔️☕🛍️
This region will be in the world’s spotlight soon as host of the 2026 Winter Olympics, but right now it’s a peaceful mountain escape full of Italian charm.

Pulling yourself away from Venice’s splendor can be a challenge, but this city on the sea is the perfect base for exploring the surrounding Veneto region or even further afield. Venice day trips are a seamless way to visit destinations as close as islands in the Venetian lagoon or as far as the UNESCO-listed Dolomite peaks without managing tricky logistics alone. Sip Prosecco in the Valdobbiadene vineyards, admire iconic sports cars in the Motor Valley museums or discover Veneto gems like Verona and Lake Garda with hassle-free transportation directly from Venice.
