Yummo!
This was a fully immersive and interactive experience. We got to learn and make the pizza from dough right through to cooking stage. The pizza was delicious! The chef was knowledgeable, helpful and entertaining. It was a great way to do a local unique experience.

So much fun!
This was the hiighlight of my time in Tuscany! Our guide was great and the chef/farm staff were a lot of fun, besides being good instructors. Trio was very organized and time was well used without being too relaxed or too hectic. Beautiful setting, delicious food, great memories.

We really enjoyed it and...
We really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Our instructor was one of the restaurants chefs, a 25 year old with 5 brothers, teaching his mother's recipes. We look forward to trying the recipes at home. He had a great personality and kept everything very nteresting and fun.

This is a must-experience...
This is a must-experience in Milan! The location was very unique and convenient by metro or foot. The chef and staff were incredibly friendly, fun, and welcoming. We made pasta, ravioli and tiramisu from scratch. It was so fun making it and it turned out delicious! The best part was getting to know the chef and others in our group. I cannot recommend this experience enough for those traveling to Milan.

Italy cooking classes let you connect with diverse regional cuisines that range from the Alpine specialties of the north to Mediterranean crowd-pleasers in the south. Tie on an apron, roll up your sleeves, and go hands-on to learn how to prepare authentic risotto in Milan, pici pasta in Tuscany, pizza in Naples, couscous in Sicily, and much more—washing down each triumph in the kitchen with perfectly paired local wine.
