What are people saying about Italy

Salvatore taught my...
Salvatore taught my family (2 adults, 2 kids (7&9YO)) how to make pizza and tiramisu. He is very patient and thorough with providing instructions and teaching the science behind what makes a great dough. They serve one complementary beverage while you wait for the tiramisu to chill. Pizza was amazing! A great experience overall and highly recommend this class!

Enjoyable class
Why visit Italy and not have a cooking class? Thats why we booked a pasta cooking class and it’s quite fun. We had a small group so the instructor was able to go around and personally help us with our pasta. And since we were in our bubble we were able to poop in music and let the wine flow. Five stars all around.

Luca is amazing!
Go book this tour, it is so much fun! Luca met us outside the train station then it is a 7min walk to the bus and a 45 min drive to the winery. On arrival, we started our wine tasting class with Gloria, 4 wines and cheeses/bread. It was great!! Sat in a beautiful glass building with gorgeous views of the organic winery. Once done, we made 2 different pastas with our 2 lady chefs (with Luca joining in making everyone laugh) before making gelato. Once done, we ate it all! With more wine! It was delicious, so much food. Then outside to taste some of the 10 different gelatos we all made. It really was a worthwhile day. Laid back, fun, interesting. Highly recommended.

Brilliant cooking course
We thoroughly enjoyed our cooking class in Rome, our host and teacher Martino was excellent. The course was well structured, very easy to follow the instructions, great atmosphere. Everything was provided for us and we ate everything we made with some good wine. Would recommend!

Italian food is arguably one of the most beloved cuisines in the world, so Italy is proud (and protective) of its culinary culture. Italy cooking classes let you connect with diverse regional cuisines that range from the Alpine specialties of the north to Mediterranean crowd-pleasers in the south. Tie on an apron, roll up your sleeves, and go hands-on to learn how to prepare authentic risotto in Milan, pici pasta in Tuscany, pizza in Naples, couscous in Sicily, and much more—washing down each triumph in the kitchen with perfectly paired local wine.
