What are people saying about Zurich

Beautiful serene carefree day
We had only a weekend and wanted to make the most of our time. We were also sleep deprived so the luxury of a semi-private tour was well worth the extra cost. No stress, very comfortable, plenty of time to relax and take photos. Our tour guide was patient informative and flexible. This was a trip of a lifetime! Beauty everywhere you looked.

Wonderful day in the mountains!
My little sister and I had an absolutely wonderful time on this trip. Thank you to Adolfo for being so knowledgeable and friendly and to our wonderful driver for being so steady!! We started our tour from Zürich to Interlaken, where we saw the bluest lake I’ve ever seen and enjoyed a wonderful coffee in town. We then went from Interlaken to Grindelwald where we took the cable cars up to the top (70 CHF tickets each). From there my sister and I did an insanely gorgeous hike to Bachalpsee Lake before doing the First Cliff Walk and taking a cable car down. The hike to the lake took us approx. 1.5 hours and 45 minutes on the way back. This left very little time for lunch and souvenirs, so beware! We then travelled to Lauterbrunnen and hiked behind a beautiful waterfall. I would 10/10 recommend this tour and would say to bring a water bottle!

Fun and informative tour!!
The perfect way to get a great overview of Zurich, learn some history and fun facts, enjoy the breeze and scenery on the boat, and see the amazing view from up top of the cable car! Our guide Vasi (sp?) was so funny and kept the tour lively and engaging.

Fantastic Experience!
This was a fantastic day trip! We easily met the tour guide and group at the Zurich bus terminal. The bus was air-conditioned and comfortable. The first stop in Interlaken was very brief; we had time to run to the restroom and pop into a souvenir shop. Before we took the cogwheel train, we first took a regular train ride (so it's two train rides). The Sphinx Observatory and Ice Palace were amazing! We spent the rest of our time in the snow in Jungfraujoch. We had plenty of time for lunch, but it was close to 2:00 when we ate. The cable car ride back down the mountain was so fun. Our tour guide was Kid, and he was super organized, hilarious, communicative, and caring. Overall, this was a great way to get to the Top of Europe!

Not seeing something you are looking for?

Zurich is one of Switzerland's most popular destinations among travelers, and with good reason, thanks to its lakeside Old Town and range of museums. But there's much more of Switzerland to see, be it Jungfraujoch and Mt. Pilatus in the mountains of the Swiss Alps with their cogwheel trains and cable cars, or other picturesque lakeside destinations such as Lucerne and Interlaken. You can visit these places and others on a Zurich day trip, allowing you to maximize your time in Switzerland while avoiding planning and navigating.
