The tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly guiding us to and fro throughout the tour. Our driver was great and very friendly. The views were beautiful on the way up and back regardless of where you sat on the bus. We would recommend this tour. It's truly something....

The unusual weather during our trip was unfortunate. We were so excited to experience the activities on the top of like the Ice Cave, RotAir, & the Hanging Bridge walk. The top section, where all these attractions are, were closed that day because of severe weather condition.. Bomber! Nobody’s fault. Can’t fight nature.
We still enjoyed the fenicular and the cable car rides to the middle level, where we enjoyed the restaurant and the heavy snowfall.

This was an amazing experience. It was snowing, so we weren’t sure what we were going to be able to do. Although a few things were closed, our tour guide made it the best day ever for us. We agreed that this was one of our favorite days on our entire trip to Europe. We were very impressed with the kindness, respect, fun attitude, and overall positive experience we had. There were surprises along the way, and it was absolutely stunning outside. Because of the snow, our tour bus was one of the only ones on the mountain, creating a magical experience for us. Despite the snow, we still had a really fun day. Our tour guide also based the day off of our wants and needs, so it never felt like we were just sitting around for nothing.

We went with high expectations considering the cost per ticket and the itinerary ( 4 adult tickets) . It was very disappointing, short 2hr drive from Zurich to Engelburg , the peak was shut due to upcoming storm though it was a very sunny day.
So we couldn't ride the rotair to the summit , means no bridge walk, no Ice flyer , no glacier cave , no snowtubbing. For my teens it was quiet boring just looking at the views at the middle level .
Not worth our money at all. They just refunded 30 bucks per ticket in Francs though we paid online in pounds. We were going back to UK first thing in the morning , so francs wasn't helpful !
They rushed us to get back to Lurcene and left us there for 2 hours to roam around with nothing to do.
We wanted an active day out at Mt Titilus instead we got some views for pictures and roamed around aimlessly in Lurcerne.
Avoid Mt Titlus this time of the year! weather is unpredictable and the tour company compensate you with just few pennies and dump you at a place just to show you they have shown you something.
When I asked the tour company( Meier Tours- Grayline sightseeing) to refund me online in pounds since I paid online and why they left us in Lurcene for more hours instead of giving more time at Engelburg for snow experience , he was very rude to me and asked 'why did you come here on Christmas day ofcourse there is nothing to do in Lurcene '
All in all a very disappointing and not value for money at all!

The day was seamless. Our tour guide was very informative and gave lots of information about each town that we passed. We did have to wait in a lot of lines to get to the top of the mountain, but I think it was because we went on a holiday. The views were incredible and we enjoyed every second. We wish we had more time in Lucerne.

Great tour guide - Carsten - a giant personality to match a giant man!! The tour was great - informative along the drives, decent number of breaks. Great views and although you go on three gondolas to get to the top, they all felt safe and secure, even for someone with a fear of heights.

This trip was amazing, our guide Carstan was very nice, knowledgeable and told us where to go and see the best parts around the trip. He was great at switching between English to Spanish when talking to all the guests. Thank you Carstan!
We got to travel in a lovely Mercedes style van, plenty of room and was comfy. The weather was great for our trip, the top of Mount Titlis was amazing. We got to do the cliff walk and snow tubing amongst other things you could do there. We would book again if we return and would recommend booking this trip.

The tour overall was great and the tour guide Carsten was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about the areas and gave a lot of interesting facts. The views at Mt. Titlis are breathtaking and well worth it just make sure you bundle up. The only downside of the trip was that the adventure park was not open, which was disappointing as that was a major draw for the experience.

We had a fun-filled day. Mt. Titlis is picturesque and the ice cave, bridge walk and ice flyer were memorable and well worth the teeth-chattering cold. The hour in Lucerne flew by, as it is so pretty.

It was a small group tour with Michael our driver/tour guide who was very experienced and professional. Exceptional in guiding us so we do not miss any of the attractions offered in this tour. We could not fault the tour experience except for the off and on rainfalls on the day.

The Mt Titlis excursion was fantastic and breathtaking. The views from the top of the mountain are stunning. Unfortunately, I fell on a dirt hill and injured my ankle. Carsten, our tour guide took care of me and made sure I got medical attention, translating for me as needed. I highly recommend this tour, this company and this tour guide!

Was an extensive and enjoyable tour. Mt. Titlis was partially fogged in due to the rainy weather but we still very much enjoyed the experience. Lucerne was crowded but we were glad to have the chance to explore the city if only for a little over an hour. Our tour guide Hans provided lots of information on the areas we visited.

Enjoyed this one quite a bit, the tour guide was great. Played in the snow in June at the top. Only suggestion to future visitors, if you are doing the ‘Swiss’ photo op at the top, do it early as their promise times are not accurate.

What an amazing experience! The bus ride to the beginning of the acent to Mt Titlis was so beautiful and scenic. The cable car and gondola rides to the top were nothing short of breathtaking. The ice cave was cold and slippery but so neat to see. Definitely loved the cliff walk and the ice flyer ski lift type ride. The top of the mountain provided some of the most beautiful scenery I have ever taken in. 100% worth the time and money. The stop in Lucerne was quick and it would have been nice to see a little more as the area was beautiful.
On the practical side, it was VERY slippery going up and down to some areas, so shoes with traction are necessary. In late June, it was about 50-60 degrees F, so an extra layer was needed at the top, but it was warm at the bottom and in Lucerne. Definitely take a camera or cell phone, and a way to charge it as you will take a thousand photos. The bus did have a European plug / outlet but not a USB port for charging.
Our guide was incredible at managing all the tickets and details to make the most of our time. We had two hours to spend at the top to explore on our own. He was also a great commentator on the drive explaining the highlights on our route. The bus driver was very skilled at navigating the drive up to Mt. Titlis and the traffic in the cities. Kudos to both for a great job!

We had a beautiful day in Lucerne and visiting Mt. Titlis. Xia was our very knowledgeable guide and provided us with good stories. We thoroughly enjoyed the views of the Alps from the top and going through the glacier cave. The cliff walk provided great views also. Well worth the price.

The excursion was good. We spent only one hour in Lucerne. Wish there would be more time spent in Lucerne as it was rush and not much time to really explore. Mount Titlis was good. We had a sunny day, quite warm. We did the ice flyer, the 360 turn cable car, walked on the bridge. All good. It was a bit slippery walking on the snow as we didn’t have the appropriate footwear. But it was warm so snow kind of slushy and not too slippery. Our tourist guide Xia was amazing. Lots of info. Very helpful. Her English is excellent. I would recommend this tour.

The driver was unpleasant from the time we arrived and did not interact with the passengers. The stop in Lucerne is unnecessary as there is not enough time to see or do anything, it would be better to get back an hour sooner.

Excellent trip to mount titlis and Lucerne. Justine (his English name) was an excellent driver and the guide. Everything was very organized and planned. The entire experience was fantastic. The only think I would recommend changing is allow more time at Lucerne

First time up a mountain by cable car. Very good views. Also went on chair lift and suspension bridge. Well worth the visit. The driver Sinisa and tour guide Mike were very friendly and helpful.
