Lianna was a wonderful tour guide. She was a local who shared her deep historical knowledge. It gave us both a historical and local perspective. She also provided us with many other insights into Zurich. We really enjoyed the experience and would do it again.

Guide was friendly and well spoken but not from Zurich and his tour was very basic and in some places silly. Didn't really learn that much of the history nor the heart of Zurich.

This review is long overdue but we had a wonderful city walking tour with an excellent guide! He showed us a terrific overview of the city on Christmas Eve and provided us with a lot of background and history along the way. He was very knowledgeable and informative and we highly recommend!

We loved this tour! It was just enough time to get a nice overview and see the highlights of the city! We really appreciated the secret locations/spots she pointed out! She was so knowledgeable! I think she knows almost everything about the city and its history! She was fun, told some great stories, gave us some great recommendations, and adjusted to our needs. For the short amount of time that we had in the city it was worth every penny! If you want an introduction to the city or if you want to see a lot in a short period of time and learn a little bit along the way - we would highly recommend.

First of all, a quick shoutout to the tour organizer, who told our guide to wait for us at one place and told us to wait for her at another place. Thankfully, we were able to contact her via phone and we started the tour without incident. That little hiccup aside, the tour was excellent! Vanessa gave us a great 2+ hour tour of the Old Town, stopping at highlights such as the Fraumunster and the Grossmunster, but also the fountains, important historic sites (where Zurich women saved the city from invading forces), vestiges of a Roman bath, and a panoramic view of the river. We also learned a lot about life in Switzerland. To top it off, Vanessa shared some Swiss chocolates with us to finish our tour. This was a great way to spend a free morning we had in town!

I gave this tour 3 stars because the fact that it says customizable isnt really the case. They took a long time to answer we booked on the same day and since we were waiting for the reply we started exploring and couldn’t get back to the meeting point they set up for us on time. We tried to customize the time and they couldn’t, and ended up with a 30min tour. However, our tour guide was INCREDIBLY. We would have loved to spend more time learning from Liana.

Jonathan was an amazing guide. Our whole family loved him. We got to know a lot about Swiss life, culture and history. The tour was worth it. He was patient with our photography and at the end he even gifted us chocolates which was a nice touch. Highly recommended.

Walking around the old town with our guide was insightful and informative! Loraina ( not sure of spelling) was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Zürich dating back from the 300’s AD. She was lovely and helped us to really know the history of the old town.

Four of us spent a really nice afternoon walking with Liana around Zurich and learning about the history of this fascinating city. She took us to places we never would have discovered on our own, and had tremendous knowledge about the city (and the country’s) history. We loved our walking tour of Zurich, with our guide, Robert. I recommend starting first thing in the morning, when the streets are quiet. We felt like we had Old Town to ourselves and the views of the city, from a hill top park, were so peaceful it almost felt surreal. Robert knows Zurich so well and was very flexible with what our family wanted to see and experience. He gave us many recommendations for the rest of our time in Zurich and we utilized almost every single one! I highly recommend taking the time to walk the city with someone who knows it so well. It was unforgettable!
