Chiki is the Best.

The experience was well worth it. My tour guide Chiki was amazing, I’m a female solo traveler and he made me so comfortable. He shared so many interesting facts about Bali and made sure I was having a good time. Next time I’m in Bali I’m definitely requesting Chiki to take me around the city. The half day tour (approx. 6 hours) was the perfect amount of time for our family to explore the Tegalalang rice terrace including zip-lining, visiting the Tirta Empul temple and swim at the Tegenungan waterfall. We also had ample time to stop for a traditional style lunch. Our tour guide Adi was so helpful, organised, knowledgeable and flexible. Ketut is an AMAZING tour guide!

My husband and I really loved this experience. It’s a private tour, so you can make adjustments to the itinerary. We visited Sacred Monkey Forest, a beautiful waterfall, a sacred temple to do a traditional water blessing, a coffee plantation to try Luwak and a variety of teas and coffee, D’ Alas for the swing and included lunch, and a rice terrace. Everything was amazing. He took great care of us and we loved spending time with him all day.

This was such an excellent experience. Our driver and guide Win from Smile Bali Tour company was amazing. He made sure we were comfortable, was very friendly and informative. We were able to have a laugh with him, and it felt like spending the day with a friend. He even had umbrellas on hand for when it rained! We got to experience so much of Ubud in one day. As a non coffee drinker, the coffee spot managed to do something I thought was impossible - I actually ENJOYED a cup of coffee! 100% recommend, and if you happen to get Win as your driver you’re in for a fantastic day!

Calm, focused and very enjoyable

I booked this workshop as a surprise for my mum and dad, who were visiting Bali with me. I wanted to choose something that felt traditional and creative, but also practical and immersive after having a few very busy days. This traditional batik workshop gave us the chance to learn a generations-old Indonesian art form step by step. We sketched a design, traced it in hot wax, and painted it with beautiful natural dyes. It was calm, focused and very enjoyable and was a wonderful way to spend the afternoon.
