Budi was our driver and did an excellent job. He’s a great friendly driver and spoke good English, which made the communication very easy. He also helped us with taking photos which we really appreciate, and he recommended some good spots for us to visit. I would definitely book with Budi for future visits.

Had a wonderful trip with Gede. Always arrived early and picked up promptly. We were able to see all of uluwatu and have an easy time getting from one hotel to the next. He had great recommendations of places to visit and an all around exceptional driver!

Santika was awesome and very knowledgeable on our private tour of Bali. He went above and beyond and enhanced our experience on our first trip to Bali. He honored all of our requests which included a visit to a Turtle Sanctuary the Tenganunen Waterfalls and the Monkey Forest. He also included a Woodcarving Shop and a Coffee farm which included several tastings of Indonesia tea cocoa and coffee We stopped to have lunch at a very tasty Indonesia restaurant and his knowledge of the area was very informative. He was very helpful with my visually impaired wife and made our day outstanding

Dhuni was the BEST driver! I didn’t have an agenda, I just wanted to go to Ubud from Kuta. He took me to some amazing places! And I got stunning photos from the swing at the rice fields. Unreliable

If you need to be somewhere at a certain time, this company is unreliable. I originally booked on Tuesday to be taken to a beach for a sunset photoshoot. The driver was to pick me up from my hotel, take me to the beach, wait a couple of hours, then take me back to my hotel. Well, it rained on Tuesday, so I contacted the driver to reschedule to Friday. He said it was ok. On Friday at the 3pm pickup time, the driver texted me saying he would be late. I asked how long and he said 15 minutes. I thought it was unprofessional to wait until the time he was supposed to pick me up to let me know he would be late, but I figured I could wait 15 minutes. The beach was about 2 hours away with traffic and sunset was around 6:15pm, so while it was cutting it close, I decided to wait. After 15 minutes, he still hadn't arrived and didn't have an ETA. After 40 minutes and still no ETA from the driver, I ended up having to call a Grab if I had any chance of catching the sunset. I ended up getting to the beach with the Grab driver with only about 20 minutes until sunset. It was super stressful for both me and my photographer. There's no reason for a driver to be 45+ minutes late. Drivers are fully aware of the traffic problem in Bali, so they should be somewhere near the pickup location at least an hour before pickup just in case they run into traffic. The fact that my driver wasn't close to picking me up 45+ minutes after the pickup time means he underestimated his distance to my hotel and the time. I have to say that my month-long trip to Bali wasn't as good as I hoped it would be simply because of the unreliable drivers. Traffic in Bali is the worst of all the countries I've been. It definitely makes it difficult if you want to venture outside of the area where your hotel is located. I've been to Bali 3 times. This will likely be my last visit.

First, your original booking is on 20th of october than you said cancel the teip due the rain on the beach, when you cancel our driver had on parking lot of your Hotel and we are mlre than happy to receive you cancel and afterward you had text our driver for move your date to 25th october also we are more than happy to following your request without cancelation fee or anything, and we had suggest you that to leave early to avoid the traffict then you not hearing what our suggestion and finally we following your tome request, than you also wrong to give ua your beach address for photo, then you order the grab because you not trust what we suggest we as always do our best to give suggestion and finaly you broke your achedule by your self We believe we had do our best and giving you flexibelity.
