- Guests aged 10 - 13 years old have to ride as passenger on tandem ride with an experience rider
- Course of the activity can be changed depends on weather /river condition . You will have chance to do rafting first and then Quad bike afterwards
- Solo ride means you will have 1 quad bike /person. Tandem means 1 quad bike for 2 persons
- Tandem ride must be booked in the multiple of 2 If you book tandem ride, maximum weight limit is 145 kg combined ( 2 person )
- Life vests are supplied, and you have to wear it all the time during rafting activity
- ATV and Rafting will be fully guided for your comfort and safety
- Travelers are advised to wear light, comfortable clothing (preferably made of dry-fit material) and bring a change of clothes, extra socks, sunscreen, sunglasses, caps or hats, a swimsuit, a camera, and some petty cash.

Our adventure day with quad bikes and rafting was absolutely amazing and so much fun! Yogi, our guide, made the experience even better. His knowledge about the history of Bali was fascinating, and he was incredibly helpful throughout the day. As an unexpected bonus, he took us to enjoy a coffee tasting, which was a lovely gesture. This day was filled with excitement and learning, thanks to Yogi's excellent guidance.

We have a great time I have never try the rafting before so that was a good experience. The Quad Bike was fun but I feel that it was a little to many people on the tour. But we still had a great time.

The lunch buffet was really tasty.
Quads bikes was really fun, jus I wished to go a little more faster rather than been stoping every few meters. But either way passing through a beautiful landscape was worth it.
The rafting was so much fun! Our guide made it even better! Thanks again and I totally recommended.

Based on the price I paid for other activities in Bali, this one felt overpriced. The river rafting was really fun and we had no complaints, but you should know there are a LOT of stairs to climb down and up to get to the river. Lunch was probably the biggest disappointment, very plain with rice, noodles, and some fatty chicken. The ATV ride afterwards was fun, but the helmets and rubber boots were filthy and putting them on was gross. My socks smelled so bad afterwards I almost threw them out. We also had so many mechanical problems with different ATV's in our group that it detracted a lot from the experience. Overall, wish I'd looked for a better price based on what we got ($82 USD/person).

1. looks like you really enjoyed the rafting , we are glad that that you had such a great time . Regarding the stairs yes you are right there are 10 minutes going down access to the river and about 15 minutes up to access the basecamp( take longer to go up because take more energy going up). Before you book any adventure activities you should understand that the nature of " ADVENTURE " involves physical fitness level . For this case the walk consider easy walk because access to rivers has a proper stairs not unbeaten path
2. Regarding the food, we actually serve more than plain rice , noodles and chicken . We also serve satay, fried rice , tempeh and tofu, stir fried vegetable , fruit, soup and cracker. So since you don't like the chicken perhaps you should try the others. Our past travelers often tell us on how they love our tasty lunch so maybe it just not meet your taste .
3. About the helmet and boots you said filthy ,Please note that they are already cleaned and sanitize each use . If that wasn't good enough for you please apologize , we will improve our cleanliness to ensure this never happen again
4. About the mechanical problem for the ATV , Please apologize as the treks are combinations of off road tracks like bumpy, river , mud treks. Also, with different riding style of travelers, we understand that sometimes one ATV had mechanical problems. But rest assure our standard fixing time max 5 minutes or we will substitute the ATV with new one ( This is the reason why you see some mechanic around the trek with some ATV spare)
5. About the price please look again . for the price you paid its include

Definitely one of our best days in Bali! White water rafting was a blast with experienced guides who knew the river and made sure that we had a fantastic experience. The ATV's was something else! The best fun on four wheels - wet and muddy - everything you would ask for when going quad biking! Thank you for a fantastic adventure-filled day!

This tour was one of the best ones I’ve been on in Bali. The white water rafting guide was absolutely incredible, he kept us all safe, had expert knowledge of rafting and the river. The quad biking staff were equally as good. We were picked up and unfortunately the car broke down close to the tour (things like this happen to all cars). Our driver was incredibly apologetic and within 15 minutes we were in a different vehicle and on our way to our tour (I think this is absolutely incredible, the driver dealt with this professionally and was great, his English was excellent)! Our second driver (Gede) was also 5*, he arrived within around 10 minutes and waited for us then took us back to our hotel at the end of the tour, we requested a stop at a supermarket and he even facilitated this! All round excellent from both drivers and the tour staff.

Our tour operators were so friendly. We had a great time on the ATV’s. Through mud, trails were great, tunnel at the end. Then we had a yummy lunch. They offer showers and lockers for your stuff. Rafting was great. Saw so many waterfalls. Got to swim in a few of them.

We had an amazing well organised day from pickup to drop off. The off roading was fantastic and the muddy track made it even better!! Where socks for inside the wellies and clothes you don't mind throwing away as the mud ruined our clothes but it was worth it.

We had such a great day on this trip! We werent sure what to expect, what the standard or what the quality would be like but it exceeded our expectations.
The pick up was punctual and we had a safe drive to the ATV place where we were welcomed with a cool drink. We received insurance forms which was a a surprise before being taken in a small group to the bikes. The route was so picturesque through paddy fields and jungle. We saw frogs and birds and butterflies plus locals going about their daily lives.
At the end of the session, we had access to clean towels and showers because believe me.. you do get muddy. I had to tip the water out of my wellies provided by the venue! This was followed by lunch which was delicious with no after effects!
We were then transported to the white water rafting where again we received a great service. Our guide was friendly, with great English and clearly an experienced canoeist. The trip was fun, very safe and I never felt we were in any danger. The route is beautiful and that in itself is wondeful.
The only thing I would point out is that there are a significant number of steps at the end of the white water rafting which were a challenge to me and many others but definitively worth it.
Once again we had access to towels and showers and felt very well looked after. We were offered another meal but were still adequately full form the previous one.
Would I recommend this trip, Yep and I am about to book it again for our return trip. Its great fin and value for money.

Had a great day out and will definitely not be disappointed. Took some amazing pictures while rafting under waterfalls and along the river and even in the rice fields on the quad bikes. Just be prepared for the many steps to the river and on return. Well worth it !!!!!!

We did the white water rafting in the morning and the quad bikes in the afternoon as they were expecting rain - which never arrived thankfully. Both adventures were great fun, organised well and we certainly felt like we'd had a work out the next day! Beware of the 400 steps down to the river not for the faint-hearted or infirm and the 350 steps back up again.

My friends and I had a great time water rafting through the river. Even stopped by a few waterfalls for pictures. Highly recommended. Quad bikes were more difficult to control, but the scenic paths that we took through Bali's jungle were well worth the efforts. Overall, a great tour with great guides. P.S. They even fed us, twice, after each adventure!

Thoroughly enjoyed the rafting part of the tour. Long steep walk to and from rafting so be advised if not too fit! Rafting was excellent and a great way to see the jungle. The quad biking however was a different experience... Both myself and my daughter found the bikes too heavy to handle and had to have the instructors helping most of the time... The instructors were great but feel it should be advertised as heavy machinery and maybe for those with biking experience
