A little bit confusing how to meet the driver at the airport. There were tons of signs for other people. I don't know why the drive to the hotel in Nusa Dua was so long ( about one hour). I was told by the driver because of the weather but the road to the hotel didn't seem flooded. What I discovered on my departure day from the hotel to the airport that there is a highway which only took 20 minutes to arrive at the airport! Why the driver didn't use the highway when he picked me at the airport? Did he want to save money not paying the road toll? Does not seem logical because the customer could pay for that and can the added to the transportation fee.

I was contacted through WhatsApp by my driver and he even sent me pics of what the sign with my name looked like, so I knew what to look for when leaving the airport. Driver was friendly and didn’t a great job. Would definitely recommend and use the company for tours as well as airport transportation that I used them for.

Our driver was fantastic. He waited for us for 2.5 hours while we were at the airport locating a lost phone. The drive to our hotel was great with our driver giving us a load of tourist tips, places to go, what to look out for.

We had the best driver! His name is Guna, he was fantastic with communication and driving us to our hotel. He told us a great deal about the local culture and sites to see while we are here. I would highly recommend Guna for transfers or tours in Bali.
