Great tour – absolutely recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We booked the Mount Batur Jeep Tour very spontaneously just one day before – and everything worked out great and uncomplicated via WhatsApp! The transfer was excellent and our driver Chardika was super nice, so we had a long and good conversation during the drive. Our jeep driver was also very sweet and took great photos of us. We arrived in Bali yesterday (9/24/2026) and found this experience on Viator around midnight. Honestly, I was sure they were going to cancel our booking since it was so late and we had requested an 8:00 AM pickup. But our driver, Santika, called at 6:40 AM to confirm everything and pulled up right on time at 7:45 AM. From the moment we met him, he was amazing! I told him everything we wanted to do and see along the way from Nusa Dua to Ubud, and he made it happen. He was extremely friendly, attentive, accommodating, and patient throughout the entire day. He gave great suggestions, made sure we were comfortable, and never made us feel rushed. What could have been a stressful last-minute booking turned into one of the highlights of our trip. Santika went above and beyond to make our day special, and we truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism. If you’re visiting Bali and need a driver, I highly recommend Santika. Great people, kids had a wonderful time.

We did several different things. Snorkeled in a few spots, swam with manta rays VERY close, and turtles. Toured the island and stopped at a few beautiful spots. Kogak was our driver and he was awesome. Komang was our driver in Bali who picked us up and took us home, and was equally awesome. Both made the experience very easy for us, and fun.

Everything was great! Clear communications on the meeting point. Jose was there holding a sign with my name on it. He even texted me when he arrived at the port. Since we were disembarking the ship, he helped with our luggage and we were dropped off at our hotel in town for no extra charge. The tour was interesting and informative. Jose is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his culture which is evident throughout the tour. Traffic is very hectic and heavy in Bali and Jose did an excellent job of driving. Highly recommended.
