This trip was incredible...
This trip was incredible and would certainly recommend. We had to change our day due to delays and been tired. They were extremely accommodating and communicated with us every step of the way. The guides were very friendly and stopped regularly to take pictures for us. We felt very safe from pick up and throughout the trip. It’s been the highlight of my holiday and would urge anyone to book it. SO GOOD

Great tour!
This is wonderful tour to book if you only have a brief stay in Tunis. You get to see the “greatest hits” in one day. Baligh shares his wealth of knowledge helping you not only see but also understand the history behind the sites you will visit. Highly recommended!

Breathtaking history and culture!
Fantastic experience! I’m VERY glad I booked a private excursion! We visited the 3 sites at our own pace and never felt rushed or pressured. The sites were interesting and not crowded. Our guide, Yahya, was excellent. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made us feel relaxed and comfortable. We learned so much about the history and culture of Tunisia. El Jem is spectacular, a must see if in Tunisia! Lots of driving to the 3 different sites on this experience, but it was interesting seeing the Tunisian countryside and learning about the more rural areas as well. Yahya shared his knowledge of the different sites and also gave us time to explore on our own. I would book this experience again and again. Highly recommend this private tour. I am hoping to come back to Tunisia with my young adult children and would love to have Yahya be our guide again!

A lot of great sights in one day
Well organized tour, with the schedule helping avoid cruise ship crowds. We started at the Medina, then proceeded to Bardo National Museum. Lunch was at a very nice restaurant (Le Grant Vert) followed by many sites at Carthage and ending at Sidi Bou Said neighborhood. Very packed day, but well worth it. Narjese was an amazing tour guide and Khalil was a great driver.

Tunisia VIP Tour
Our driver for the day was Rajwen he messaged me the day before my VIP tour to confirm my collection time from the hotel.
On the day Rajwen picked us up at our collection time from our hotel in sousse, Rajwen stayed with us throughout the day and had so much knowledge for each site we went too. We are a family of 4 adults and it being our first time in Tunisia this excursion gave us the historical experience of this country. I will be definitely recommending this tour to our friends and family. A MASSIVE thank you to our driver Rajwen 🙂

Fun and Safe Day Tour in Tunis
This was a fabulous tour - we selected the option with a guide. Please note that you can book any day on the website but not everything is open daily [medina closed Sunday, Bardo closed Muesum]. We weren’t told this in advance so didn’t get to see the museum.
However Kamel was a fanastic guide - we had the car to ourselves - 2 friends and felt we could ask questions when we pleased. The sites were beautiful, lunch was fantastic and felt like it was for locals, and we did lots of shopping at the Medina - helpful tip is that card is accepted throughout. Highly recommend the tour!l only tip would be to provide air con in the car as it was warm in the backseat.

A Real Desert Adventure
Our desert adventure was a highlight of our Tunisia trip and is a must-do! It’s a long journey, but the regular stops for attractions, food, and toilet breaks make it very manageable.
Our driver, Ilyes, was fantastic; friendly and skilled behind the wheel, which really matters given how chaotic Tunisian traffic can be. Our guide, Fatima, was equally wonderful. She shared so much about Tunisia, gave us great tips for the rest of our trip, and was incredibly patient with our endless questions.
One suggestion: it would help to share a clear itinerary with guests beforehand. We were often unsure what was coming next, which is why we relied so heavily on Fatima, though she handled it brilliantly.
The desert experience itself was magical. The hosts were warm and funny, cooked us a delicious dinner, and we spent the evening singing songs and playing games together.
A few things to be prepared for:
∙ Tipping is expected at most stops
∙ You’ll be offered various add-ons throughout the experience
∙ Bring plenty of snacks for the long drive

El Jem Kairouan & Sousse
Our driver, ELYES contacted us the day before we were due to travel to confirm date and time and pick up. He arrived very punctual very smart, wonderful manners and very, very courteous. He always acted professional and caring especially when driving over speed bumps.. he gave us time to look around at each site the whole day was full of warmth banter wonderful personality. His vehicle is clean and tidy and his driving is very professional. He went over and above to us feel happy he’s a credit to Tunisia He’s a wonderful charming gentlemen but extremely professional nothing was too much for him. He took us to some sites that were personal to myself. He never complaint always had a smile on his face and made us feel extremely valued and welcomed to Tunisia. He is a credit to Tunisians is employers and has a wonderful sense of humour thank you. Thank you for such an impressive day. He made what could’ve been a dull day very pleasant.

Took Simba’s VIP tour...
Took Simba’s VIP tour experience to see some of Tunisia’s best sites near Tunis. For this customizable, private tour, we explored Carthage, Sibi Bou Said, and the medina in Tunis. Here, you can choose the Bardo Museum instead of the medina, but that seems better to do for at least a half day when you aren’t committed to see everything else in the area that same day. Would recommend doing this tour along with “Fun VIP Day Tour: El Jem, Kairouan & Monastir/Sousse (Pickup All)“ another day to see Tunisia’s greatest hits during a week’s visit. Our driver was Moez, who is professional, speaks English, and doesn’t pressure you to spend money at tourist traps as can be a common experience in this part of the world. He was so good that we requested him again for our second tour with Simba later in the week.

Wonderful trip, exceptional driver/guide
Trip was exceptional. Sami is an expert in driving to all locations and was always prompt and safe. Super nice person. Ribat of Monastir and El Jem’s Amphitheatre were super amazing to see. The mosaic museum was a surprise- realized how cool it would have been to see the mosaics in the actual House of Africa itself.

It was a delightful day -...
It was a delightful day - (I was the only one on the tour which was ok). It is definitely a long day if you are taking this tour from Sousse but the sights that I was able to see made it worth it. My guide BouBou was knowledgeable and friendly and went the extra mile to make sure I had a positive experience. It was my first time in Tunisia and this tour made me want to return. The Bardo Museum was EXCELLENT - I enjoyed it very much. Carthage was ok (but the trails that allowed you to wander among the ruins were all blocked off which was a bit of a disappointment - not sure of the reason for it). But nevertheless it was still interesting. Sidi Bou Said was beautiful - reminded me a lot of Santorini with many quaint little shops. It wss the first day of Ramadan (which I had not realized when I booked the trip) and while it did not impact my tour - I had a nice lunch at the restaurant - nevertheless I would suggest those planning to trip to Tunisia perhaps if at all possible try to work around the Ramadan fasting month.
