Long trip but worth it, Omar, our driver was very polite and informative. We got to see the real Tunisia as well as those in the itinerary. Monastir is lovely, the colusseum is huge and in amazing condition, we had lunch opposite the entrance. I have never seen mosaics in such good condition bearing in mind the are about 1800 years old. Nice to put Tunisian history into perspective. The scenery between stops keeps the interest going.

The only thing that was good is the driver - he is kind, polite and very friendly. The company deals this activity with bad faith. I booked the tour 1 month in advance and I received a text to confirm pick up place and date/time. 2 days before the activity, they texted me to pay extra USD30 (on top of already expensive price tour) because it was Ramadhan and long pick up distance even though this was already confirmed 1 month ago - to pressure me last minutes as I cannot find a last minute replacement activity from other company.
On the day, I found out this was not a guided tour and simply just a driver even though it was advertised as driver-guide with history lessons and information etc about the places. Had I known this, I would have booked with other company and rather pay extra money! I love history but at the end I just had to read the information from the boards at the places we visited. I even texted to ask who is the tour guide with me 2 days before and was replied ‘you will find out the day before of the activity’ which is a lie! Bad marketing! I would avoid this company, they operated on bad faith

Your booking clearly specified a driver-host service, not a licensed tour guide, and this information is stated in the activity description. At no point did you request a guide before the tour.
Regarding the extra payment mentioned, we did not request any additional fee, and we have the message history confirming this.

Very nice gentleman called Omar picked us up from our hotel and took us around in the company car. All 3 places were very Interesting and we enjoyed the tour a lot.

My experience was amazing. I went with my family of 8 and The two gentlemen yassine and radhwan were so amazing at cooperating with us, making the experience fun and got to know us on a personal level to cooperate with us. Honestly been on so many tours and these tour guides have been the best by far. Even after we had left our phone in the car and they came me travelled 2 hours to drop it off for us. They made the experience fun and personal to us so we could have the best time and make the most out of our experience
