Excellent tour , Sarah, our guide was wonderful!

This was an excellent tour. Sarah was very friendly and open to questions; the tour gave us a well organized walk around so many of the sites including very informative look at the inside of the cathedral - which is massive. She had lots of interesting stories and pieces of history that made Toledo’s complicated life by history come alive and not be boring. As we walked she shared tidbits and practical suggestions of how we might further check out places , museums, churches etc on our own time if we were staying in the city a few days. Our small group of 5 had lots of questions about current situations and family life etc. which she was very helpful in giving us insights as she has grown up in Toledo in multi-cultural family. We really appreciated her suggestions of identifying authentic restaurant experiences and avoiding tourist trap packaged food. Her English was excellent; the pace of the tour was very comfortable- and we were a mixed group of people from 20- 40’s to 70’s. One family was on the tour being in Toledo on a day trip excursion and my husband and I were here in Toledo for 5 nights- and Sarah helped us each sort out priorities for follow-up whether to the train station or walks, dining, and sightseeing. We are used to traveling in our own, but having a professional guide like Sarah is invaluable in getting to understand more of what one is seeing. We would highly recommend Sarah who owns her own travel guide site as offered through Viator.

Great Tour, fabulous Tour Guide

Johnna was great! Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable! She is good people! Very caring as well. We had someone get sick and she made every effort to insure they were ok. The views were simply amazing, especially for Jurassic Canyon! OMG! STUNNING!! Overall, nice, easy bus trip. Definitely minimal walking, so if that is what you expected, then you want to look at something else. I’d take it again, especially if she was the Guide.

Javi was amazing! He reached out the day before and since we were coming from Madrid, we had a plan to meet up at the train station in Toledo to start our tour. Unfortunatley, we missed out train. Javi turned what was a hectic morning into a beautiful day. Instead, we met him in town where he greeted us with a smile and warmth. Offering us just what we needed...coffee. It was just the 4 of us in our tour. As a local from generations of educators and tour guides, Javi is the guy you want touring you through Toledo. Our tour was focused on Jewish Heritage and Javi brought a wealth of knowledge and unique perspective to the history of the Jewish people in Toledo. He literally has the keys to the city! Best Toledo Tour

This was a last minute booking for a day trip to Toledo. We were contacted by our guide Sonia in advance. We were told about the history of Toledo and given plenty of time for pictures and questions when we arrived. Sonia made learning fun! I would give her 10 stars if I could! This is one of our highlights from our first trip to Spain! I would definitely recommend this to friends and would consider a repeat tour!

Must do in Toledo

Diego was our tour guide. He was born, raised, and currently lives in Toledo. Very knowledgeable about all of the amazing history. Full of good stories and am excellent guide. Our tour started with a short drive around the historical part of the city where we could see some amazing views and get a few pictures. Diego then guided us through the city showing us major landmarks and small hidden quirks you’d never know about otherwise. At one point, we stopped into a signature bakery where he bought us some Mazapan to try. Very good. Our kids are 11 & 12 and Diego did a wonderful job including facts that they in particular found interesting. Highly recommend

This excursion on the island of Kaua'i was booked through Viator with Roberts Hawaii Tours. While the large bus was the most modern we were on during our time in Hawaii, and the driver/guide and tour itself were excellent, the meeting instructions given in advance left much to be desired. We were only given the time and an address for the pickup point. We left the ship as soon as we were allowed, after it docked, so we could figure out where the meeting point was, with little luck. Finally I phoned the number provided to get details. Somehow, Roberts Hawaii had been told that the ship would dock an hour later; so pickup would be an hour later. And, the description given to me of whom we were to look for was a bit vague. But, we did eventually connect. Our driver was courteous and very knowledgeable. We first stopped at the Hanapepe Valley Lookout, then at the Spouting Horn blowhole to see the water shooting into the air from the lava tube. We drove up the winding road to the Waimea Canyon State Park Lookout area. It was extremely windy and chilly this particular day, but it was definitely worth the climb and look! Mark Twain called this the "Grand Canyon of the Pacific". While it isn't as massive as the Grand Canyon in Arizona, it is breathtaking and beautiful. We could see a beautiful waterfall across the canyon from the lookout. In the winter, the colors of the canyon are more easily seen as there is less vegetation interfering with views; so we could see reds, browns and greens in the layers.

Great Jewish Tour of Toledo

Sagry was a wonderful, knowledgeable and lovely tour guide. We visited Toledo on January 1st where the main sites are closed which Sagry had reached out to me in advance to suggest that we change our date but unfortunately we were not able to because of our travel schedule. Despite the closures and very cold weather, Sagry did a great job explaining the Jewish history and broader Toledo history to us and brought it to life. She was accommodating and an absolute pleasure to spend a few hours with.

Fascinating walking tour of Toledo

This morning we took the very interesting walking tour around the old parts of Toledo with Marion. What a lovely lady, very knowledgeable and informative. The pace of the walk was gentle with plenty of stops. Not only did she tell us about the history of the area, the development of the city and the general history of Spain but she also described regional food specialities and advised us which local bus we needed for our journey the following morning.
