PLEASE don't use this tour. The money DIDN'T worth at all. I BOOKED private tour full day Toledo from Madrid by train. I SPENT 665 euros for paying raxi from Toledo do panoramic spot 36 euros and Cathedral admission 16 euros. The train tickets booked 5 days before my tour starts and of course the found the only availability timing 9.17 an abd back 17.11 coach 2 dirty train no plugs. SO I met our guide in the trainstation I dont judge her job she spend with us more time. On WhatsApp told mevshe did 5 hrs instead 3 so I Asked I can pay your extra. TAXI was taking from trainstation up to the panoramic spot we were on 4 included Tour guide.. I gave up I Left only 2 my guests doing the tour with her. Taxi for 4 not comfortable enough. AFTER the tour i found out they paid for taxi and Admissions. SAVED DONT BOOK THIS EXPERIENCE. You can find better experience in Toledo. ONLY GOOD THING customer service at least they replayed to me. SO ONCE AGAIN 665 EUROS PLUS 36 PLUS 16 .. MORE THAN 700 No comment. 3 hrs tour guided when they know need more time.

Our tour guide, Amor, and our driver, David, couldn’t have been better. Amor was very knowledgeable and shared that with enthusiasm. She gave us time to explore on various stops and David was the perfect driver: polite, kind, and in sync with Amor. Thank you to both for making our day on Toledo memorable.

We absolutely loved this trip. The tour guide was amazing, and the car service was really good. The tour guide is really knowledgeable and there is a jewelry store stop in the tour with jewelers making jewelry in the store. Also, the jewelry was really affordable and make for great keepsakes and gifts. Again, just a great tour.

I had no idea of the history Toledo before booking this trip. Such an important part of the history Spain. The city was awe inspiring, and our guide was a font of knowledge! Toledo is beautiful and the architecture amazing. I'm so glad we made Toledo part of our trip.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and the tour was nice. However, her company did not give her our arrival train schedule correctly and she was late because of that. Her company also did not send us her contact information and how to meet prior to the trip. It was frustrating when we arrived and did not see the guide, and had no way to contact her either.
At the end, I contacted the tour provider via viator and they responded. I think there is room for improvement regarding communication on both sides.
Overall, the guide was very nice and the tour was well planned.

The views of the city was the best part. However for the price it a bit disappointing. The guide left around 2pm despite paying full day. For a personal tour and paying as much as we did it should have been first class when instead we got 3rd class effort. Today we did group tour to Avila and Segovia and for a fraction of the price it was much better. Either reduce the price or significantly improve the quality.

Have a professional up-scalce local guide during 5 hours ( what it is shown on the booking information) in Toledo and have the opportunity to discover all Toledo during the day. Can't be better private service. The price of course has nothing to do with a group tour, but the service june nither.
We apologige if the rate seams high for you, but private services are very exclusive.

Toledo is a magical city. A quick ride from Madrid and well worth the visit. The tour guide was full of knowledge and historical information, which was wonderful. The only downside was that her accent was quite strong, so some people could not understand everything. I'd definitely recommend the trip. The cathedral may be the most magical one we've ever seen.

Tour was ok. Remember, the 5 hr tour includes the 1 hr to and 1 hr from Madrid. Hence, you only get 3 hrs and the driver will show you the panoramic tour and then just drop you off on your own to walk one end to the other, and meet him at the other side. There is no guide or anything inside the town, and this is basically just a car service, at best.

We had to change our plans in Madrid about a week before our trip and were able to secure this tour. We felt very lucky that we did. We were picked up from our hotel in a luxurious BMW and drove to Toledo. We had a wonderful tour around the interior of the city on foot after a tour around in the car. We felt that we had the "insider's" experience. We then were driven back to Madrid and had lunch at a "locals" restaurant recommended by our tour guide. Great experience - highly recommend!

Great tour make sure your guide stops the taxi by the bridge to the Jewish Quart for a great photo opportunity. It does get crowded with tourists, but you can backtrack by side streets back towards Jewish Quarter and avoid the crowds. Our guide was excellent and we had her for ourselves that day.

We enjoyed this tour -- our guide, Juan, was extremely knowledgeable and gave us the history of Toledo in the context of the history of Spain. We would never have known what to see and there's quite a bit here -- from amazing cathedrals to El Greco's home. There is a fair amount of walking up hills and around charming side streets so wear comfortable shoes.

This was a great tour -- our guide was incredibly knowledgable and we had a great time with her. The train ride was fun and we were able to have some free time on our own after finishing the guided part of the tour. We had a little communication problem regarding our tickets and their delivery, but were able to work it out and appreciated that Viator didn't let us down. Everything went very smooth after that and we would certainly use Viator again. We were so pleased with the quality of the guide. We actually ran into her the next day at the Prado while she was leading another tour!

This is really good. I visited Madrid with a family team of 8. Couple of people couldn't walk, and this is the reason I selected this tour. It was on time, Esther war very knowledgeable and patient with those members of the family. The tour is flexible enough for you to pick the areas you want to see. Of course, Toledo ha so much to see, so we just decided to spend time in the Cathedral, Visit Grecco's painting and walk thru the city , pass by the jewish areas and we stopped to refresh the team with something to drink and souvenirs. I recommend this type of tour if you are ok to focus on some specific areas and you are limited on walking . We all enjoyed
