This tour was exceptional. The history & architecture woven together in a delightful 3.5 hour tour. Stephi (our guide) was excellent- extremely knowledgable and absolutely lovely. Could not have asked for a better guide. 10/10!

Great tour! Our guide Macarena was awesome, having an incredible grasp of the history and detail of each of the stops/monuments mixed with a wonderful sense of humor. Her grasp of English was also exceptional. Definitely recommend her and the tour! The Basilica of Santa Maria de Toledo is mind blowing in its elegant splendor. It will awe even the most jaded heathen!

Alex was very knowledgeable, friendly and personable. We were a small group which made it easy to understand Alex and keep up with the tour. The best part of the tour was the cathedral. We spent a good part of our time there because it was so big with many things to see. Alex was also very interested in our well being asking if we needed a break and allowing some time to look into shops. He even was helpful to my husband who was having some trouble walking at times. A great guide and a great experience.

We loved our time on this tour with Stefania. The depth of her knowledgeable was so impressive and her evident passion for Toledo's art and history was unmatched. We saw a lot of places across the city, but at a perfectly manageable pace. This was the last day of our European trip and we were so glad and lucky to spend it in Toledo with her guidance.

Macarena was knowledgeable, funny, and accommodating. The small group tour is more expensive but the way to go! We had two couples which allowed us to spend more time in places we preferred. She also took us places not as touristy and gave us lots of recommendations for after the tour. 10/10

Alex is knowledgeable and warm and flexibly tailored his tour to my interests. I was lucky on that day that my small group tour was for me alone. He gave me a great history of Toledo and helped me understand the art, architecture and life of the city in the context of the three religions that coexisted there. We also had a good discussion of more recent history including the Civil War, and he pointed out the damage to the buildings you can still see, if you look for it.

This was an amazing tour … Stefi has a passion for the city and brought the buildings and story to life. Once upon a time the hill it was an easy stroll through the city and so much nicer than a large bus tour. It was super easy to get there and back on the train from Madrid on my own as well . Really pleased I went with this option to see Toledo.

Based on our experience, I highly recommend this tour. The Toledo Cathedral of St. Mary was amazing and made even better with the background information provided by our guide Stefania. She was great. Her English was fluent and easily understandable.. She seemed enthusiastic and passionate about the knowledge she was relating to us. She reached out in advance via email and WhatsApp to let us know precisely where to meet. And she gave us tips on where and how to get some great photos as well as shopping and dinning suggestions.

Excellent tour! Alex is a great local guide who is knowledgeable and passionate about art, history, culture, and politics of Spain. You will get some expert textbook factoids about also some deeply insightful guidance from this tour. I thought this was a nice touch and valuable to have more than the typical facts. I would take a tour with Alex again! Toledo is beautiful. Book it!

There was only one other couple joining-us, so it was a small group. The guide was very informative and provided a great deal of background information on the history and artists that were represented at the cathedral's. Had no problem finding the group and we took a break for lunch at a fantastic restaurant. Must do when you're in the area!

Alex was an excellent guide. I was the only person who signed up for the tour, the night before it took place. Alex was extremely prepared and knowledgeable. He was considerate the entire tour and truly made my Toledo experience unforgettable. This was my favorite tour I booked, don’t hesitate to book it! It would be extremely helpful to clearly advise that this tour comes with the tourist bracelet which is good for multiple days. Unfortunately for us we purchased one separately before finding this out.
