This is a great way to visit Chefchaouen if you are based in Tangier. The bus trip each way is quite long, however once you are there you have the guided tour, followed by a couple of hours of free time to explore on your own. Our mini-bus driver Adil drove safely, and we had a short stop each way on the journey.

Do not hesitate! Definitely book this tour. It was the absolute best. They reached the night before to ensure we would have a great time. Our private tour guide, Sharif was amazing. He made sure we was well taken care of. Very intuitive and informative and made sure we were ok from beginning to end. We went everywhere in less than a day. Ate some real Moroccan breakfast and lunch. And the camel rides were the highlight of the day. When the tour was over, we really felt like a true Moroccan / Berber. We had thee best time!

The trip was wonderful! The driver of our car was very professional. The young man who accompanied us gave us so much information. He taught us about the the geography, history, and culture of the region. He was also very entertaining in his interactions with us. The gentleman who guided us through the city was 84 and much more adept at walking up and down the moutainside and steps than we were. He was informative and entertaining. He was also very protective and protected us from rushing to keep us safe. My husband and I enjoyed every minute of this tour! We would highly recommend this experience!

best camel excursion in Tangier

This Tangier and camel tour is great for people wanting to experience camel riding without trekking all the way to the Sahara! Our tour included the Strait of Gibraltar, a panorama view of the Atlantic, Cap Spartel, fun facts about Tangier, and a super cool camel ride by the beach! We were unfortunately too late to see Hercules Cave but it didn't impact our trip much :) Our driver Ahmed was the perfect guide and amazed us with unique facts about different parts of Tangier. He speaks Arabic, Spanish and a little bit of English, so communicating was never a big issue and he was always willing to take pics/videos of us during the excursion. He's super accommodating and will make sure the entire trip goes comfortably! I highly recommend!!

This tour far exceeded my expectations. From the beginning the communication was warm and timely. We were picked up from our hotel and greeted with such kindness and professionalism by Mehdi and Nizar. Abdul and Magid were the perfect pair for our tour. While Abdul did the driving, both of them had excellent commentary on what we were seeing as well as engaging in interesting conversations with us. It's clear that they know and like each other. Awesome Tanger Experience

This experience was phenomenal. The only bad thing was there was just not enough time. We saw great things. Our guide Ali was fantastic. He gave us so much history of Tanger, he was funny and answered all of our questions. We can not say enough about this experience. We will definitely be putting Morocco on our list of places to revisit. The fact that it was a private tour was wonderful. We loved that we were the only ones getting full attention. We didn't have to worry about missing anything and not hearing what was being said. Again small group or two people I highly recommend this tour.
