We had AMAZING day in Tangier and such a great introduction to Morocco thanks to Jamal (the best guide!) and this detailed tour of the city. There was so much attention to detail throughout the tour and from pick up to drop off. Jamal made sure we saw everything on our list and provided so much hospitality through the day. It was a hot day and he made sure we were hydrated and took breaks. Jamal made this day experience a 10/10. It was also great being in a private group. We were able to see so much more in a shorter time frame than the large tours we passed. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Tangier!

It was amazing! Hassan our tour guide was excellent! He took us all over: Cave, camel riding, sightseeing, tea time, shopping, and free time. Tour picked us up at the ship and dropped us off. Our family had a great experience!

Abdul was an excellent guide…took us to the camels first thing to avoid the crowds….this was the highlight of our trip. Then he took us to a restaurant outside of Tangier for tea and a delicious plate of cheese and a hazel nut crepe. We drove around the city stopping at different points for photos. This was a very individualized trip which we greatly appreciate.

We have been on several guided tours in the past. This was the best tour ever! Hassan built a rapport with us right away. The driver was great as well. Hassan knew the area well & customized our tour for our interests. He knew so much history and answered every one of our questions. This is such a good deal, as it was just 2 of us on the tour with Hassan and driver. He kept us ahead of the crowds and showed us surprising secret sites that I doubt we would have seen on larger tours. He even arranged for a traditional Moroccan meal for us when it was clear we were getting hungry, then came back for us just as we finished eating. TRULY a tour we will never forget! Tangier is amazing and our guide was wonderful!

Our tour today with Hamza and Nizar was great!! We learned so much, admired the beautiful scenery and thoroughly enjoyed the camel ride. Hamza brought us to some great little shops too. It was a perfect day.

If you're booking the Highlights of Tangier Private Tour, do yourself a favor and ask for Hassan—better known as "Coca-Cola!" From the moment we stepped off the ship, he was waiting at the end of the pier with a sign, ready to greet us with a smile and start our adventure immediately.
What an incredible day! We learned a lot, saw a lot, bought a lot, and laughed—a lot! Throughout the entire tour, we never felt rushed, pressured, or pushed into anything. Hassan made the experience feel relaxed, personal, and genuinely enjoyable.
What stood out most was how much he loves his country and how passionate he is about sharing its history, culture, and traditions with visitors. His knowledge, sense of humor, and warm personality made Tangier come alive for us.
This was easily one of the highlights of our trip. If you're considering a private tour in Tangier, be sure to request Coca-Cola. You will not regret it!

Faud (Fonze) was a fantastic guide. He explained everything clearly and made the tour fun. The only suggestion is to allow more time to shop at the market (Maybe 30 to 45 minutes) and less time at the rug store. Overall, it was a fantastic tour and he made it very fun.

I am not exaggerating when we say BEST TOUR ever and Foued, our guide, was AMAZING! Our ferry arrived a tad bit early, and they even started earlier so they could accommodate. Saw true Moroccan culture and the camel ride was extraordinary! Our guide was beyond knowledgeable and truly knew a friend everywhere we went. So so happy with the day!

Our excursion in Tangier, Morocco was absolutely incredible and one of the highlights of our trip! The tour was so comprehensive and gave us the opportunity to truly experience the beauty, culture, and history of the city. We rode camels, visited all the major sights, heard fascinating stories and historical background, and even tasted delicious local food along the way.
Our guide, Ali, and our driver, Aman, were outstanding from beginning to end. They were incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and flexible, making sure we enjoyed every aspect of their city. They offered us so many options and choices throughout the day and allowed us to spend as much time as we wanted at each stop. We never once felt rushed or hurried.
Their passion for Tangier really showed, and they made the experience feel personal and memorable. If you are visiting Tangier, I highly recommend this excursion — especially with Ali and Aman. It was an unforgettable day!

We enjoyed our tour with Omar. He came to our riad and picked us up, which we appreciated. The camel ride on the beach was definitely a highlight (and we have ridden camels a few times before)! Interesting to see the American Legation, the caves, and the lighthouse. Beautiful views at the top where you can see the Atlantic Ocean meet the Mediterranean Sea! And of course, going through the Medina maze is always a good time. We didn’t do the Casbah museum (maybe we didn’t have enough time?). He did have our driver stop when we saw sheep in an alleyway and of course several times to take photos. Note that we did have to pay (though not much) for the caves & Legation museum ourselves, while the description says they are included. We recommend this tour, especially if you don’t have a lot of time in the city. It is a great overview!

This was a great tour. Loved that it was a private tour. The tour company reached out ahead of time to find out what we wanted to see and told us where they would meet us. Our guide El Gaabouri was very knowledgeable, spoke very good English and was friendly. The only part of the tour that wasn't great was when we were shown some of their handmade goods and the salesmen were a little pushy. Overall it was a very good experience and I would recommend it.

This was one of our favorite tours of all time! Hassan was knowledgeable and attentive, took us to everything we we wanted to see, and included a cafe break with coffee and a delicious local cake, handled tips with other guides and took awesome photos of us at all the sites. What a day! Such an amazing experience! Our tour guide Jamal, was right outside the cruise exit waiting for us and asked us what we definitely wanted to see. He took us through all the major parts of the city and attractions and then made sure that all of the things we wanted to see/purchase we were able to. 10000% would book this again, especially if coming on a cruise. They made sure we were back in enough time and took us right back to the ship. Before the excursion started we had a question and messaged through WhatsApp, and almost immediately got a response. So helpful!! An incredible day in Tangier!!

Our guide and driver were excellent, they went above and beyond to make the tour a memorable one. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and took great pride in telling us about its history.
The vehicle was immaculate, comfortable and the driver always available to assist getting on board or off. All in all, an excellent tour who introduced us to two new friends.

He was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and knew everyone in town - making it a first class experience! Everything you need to do in Tangier. Highly recommend. So smooth and easy, couldn’t ask for a better experience. Hassan (Coca-Cola) is the very best. Specifically wanted a camel ride and a head wrap for my 9 year old and both experiences were perfect. Everything else was an added bonus. Hercules cave was so cool, Cap Spartel was beautiful and a great restaurant there. Picked us up as we disembarked the ferry and had us back at the terminal for our 1600 departure. Would recommend 1000%

Firstly, make sure if taking a boat from Spain, you need to arrive at the Tangier Ville port. That was not explained and cost us $$ with the last-minute change.
Fonz was a great tour guide; very knowledgeable. Camel ride was the highlight of the trip. Just need to have the camel guide learn another song besides, “Don’t worry be happy”. Silence to enjoy the experience and hear the waves crashing along the shore is much more enjoyable.
Restaurants Fonz took us to was fabulous and service impeccable.
Only disappointing thing was I was there 25 years ago and it appears that guides like to take you to the same/their favorite stores (expensive trinkets &rugs) which for us was not our interest since we specifically requested to go to the Grand Socco on Sunday and never got there.

We had an amazing experience on our 4-hour luxury tour in Tangier. Our guide, Ali, was excellent, very knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely engaging throughout the entire tour. He made sure we saw all the highlights while also sharing great insight into the local culture and history.
The driver was also fantastic. Our interactions with the company were prompt and seamless, and we always felt safe and comfortable throughout.

Hamza was an extremely knowledgeable guide. Being local it was touching to see the greetings and interactions with many acquaintances along the way. It gave me such a feeling of peace and harmony of this city.
The camel ride was much better than expected.
The traditional food we were served great!
Do not recall our drivers name but he negotiated the traffic with ease.

The tour was fantastic! We came to Tangier through the Port and Hamza met us right outside with a sign that had our names on it. We traveled all over Tangier including the markets. The camel ride was so excellent I highly recommend! Hamza was a pleasure and I would book this tour again. I want to come back and bring my kids.

Mohamed the guide and Mohamed the driver were fantastic on this tour. This was the best tour we have ever taken. Being just 4 of us, we could see and do so much. Mohamed brought us to a restaurant for a traditional Moroccan breakfast which was amazing. The highlight of the tour was riding the camels on the beach. The ride was longer than we expected and it was fabulous. Mohamed gave us great insight into the culture and way of living. Walking through the Medina was very interesting as well as the souks and fish and vegetable markets. This tour was absolutely fantastic!!!
