I would 10/10 recommend this tour! Karim was great to answer all of our questions right from the beginning and set up communication before our excursion. Our actual tour guide, though, was Hamza! He was great! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and really went above and beyond. He went out of his way to take pictures of us at all of the best spots, explain all of the details of each place, help us haggle prices at the market for a beautiful rug, and make sure to cater to our needs and schedule. It was a very beautiful and seemingly safe area for travel. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time with our guide! Much more so than if we had wandered around ourselves.

Jasmine was exceptional! Pleasant and very accommodating. Tour was as explained on the site. Walking tour of the “Medina” was really cool. We saw the real Tangier. Riding the camels was a highlight. You have to do it!

Karim was My guide and what a treasure he is! He showed Me around Tangier and shared so much local knowledge. Everything he arranged went smoothly, from the pickup in a spotless van to drop-off at the port. Patito Tours even has clearance to meet clients ship-side, which made everything extra convenient. Karim’s English is excellent, and you can tell how much he cares about his guests. We felt so welcomed — by the end of the tour, we jokingly called him “the mayor of Tangier”! Also, a big thanks to Abdullah, the driver, for his calm demeanor and skilled driving. Highly recommend!

I give FIVE stars to the tour guide for his patience, knowledge of the city/region, pleasant energy, and immense knowledge. What a gem! It's sad, though, that because we were in awe,
we again fell for another expensive purchase of Argan oil. The tour guide was so smooth in his introduction to the shop owner, claiming he was neutral; it's laughable. He showed us a picture of his wife, who remained young because of the oil, and we believed him 😄🙈. It was a great tour experience, besides the ploy.

This is possibly one of the best tours of Tanger a family can do with very experienced, friendly, communicative, and passionate locals, who showed us the highlights of the beautiful city.
We were promptly picked up from our rental villa in a comfortable van, by our driver, Abdul and guide Jasmine. We went on to see some beautiful mosques, city center, Cap Spartel, the meeting point of the Mediterranean and the Atlantic, caves of Hercules, (for which we had to buy separate entry tickets). Following this, we had excellent Moroccan mint tea at a restaurant with beautiful views of the Atlantic.
Then, we explored the Kasbah with its narrow streets, colorful walls, and movie shooting locations. We had a traditional lunch in the Medina and explored some of the shopping markets.
Jasmine was amazing all through the day and explained the rich history of the place. She even helped us get good deals at the shops. She was very informative and constantly regaled us with tidbits about Tangier.
Karim our tour operator went above and beyond and even arranged for our transportation back to the airport.
Overall, this company is reliable and highly recommended. The passion they have for the city shows in the way they conduct their business.
We will surely be recommending them to all our friends and family!

We had an excellent time in this tour. Both the driver and our guide were excellent and they went out of their way to make our tour great.
The service was excellent, pick up time was punctual and we were asked in which order we wanted to do the tour to tailor it to our need.
The camel experience was excellent.
Communication with the company prior to the tour was good and they replied very fast.
We would recommend this tour and this company 100%.

We had an incredible experience. We were cruising on the Viking Neptune and got rerouted from Casablanca to Tangier. Since we had no plans for Tangier or really hadn’t even looked at it, I started looking on Viator for a tour. I am so happy that I found this one. As soon as I booked it, the tour owner started communicating with me about what to expect, where to meet, and asking what we would like to see and experience. He was very attentive and accommodating. Our tour guide Hazem was stationed right off the ship where they said he would be with a sign with my name on it. Hazem did a fantastic job taking us to all of the highlights, telling us the history, and giving us plenty of time to take photos. He also took us to ride the camels. This no doubt was one of the best guided tours that we have ever taken. I highly recommend this tour and Hazem as a guide.

Kareem is a great guide and orator. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate. His enthusiasm in what he does shows in how he takes care of guests. There were multiple pleasant surprises during this tour, from great local “snacks”, to live Boar viewing to extra time for shopping in the old city.

We had an amazing 4-hour tour of Tangier with Karim! His communication before our arrival was superb, making everything easy and stress-free from the start. During the tour, Karim was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly enthusiastic.
We packed in so much: camel rides, Cap Spartel Lighthouse, local markets, and more. He even went out of his way to arrange lunch for us while others shopped, which we really appreciated.

This was the best port day of the 7 on our recent cruise. Karim was super pro-active with the communication in advance. Meet-up with Hamsa at the port was super easy. The tour was customized for us with extra time for my wife to shop.
We saw some beautiful and amazing sights. The places we went were generally not crowded at all. Hamsa was an excellent guide. The van was super comfortable. We had a separate driver, so we were dropped off and picked up at the best spots.
We had a Moroccan breakfast at a beautiful little restaurant with mostly locals there. My wife enjoyed the camel ride on a serene beach with the Atlantic as the background.
Hamsa took us to a market area and helped my wife to find the things she wanted. She really enjoyed that. At the end, we were dropped right at the port.
It was a great day. After being in Casablanca the day before, we expected Tangier to be crowded and hectic with tons of traffic. It ended up being totally different and for us, a much better experience. This tour was also quite a value for a private tour.

This was a small group tour. There were 6 of us I was contacted a couple weeks early to find out what I was interested in doing. This was good so that the guide knew what our interests were. Our guide was a very experienced and knowledgeable guide. He took us to all the key sites and I was happy we were able to skip the super touristy caves. This gave us more time to shop a little at the end. But note this isn’t a shopping tour so if you want something specific let them know and they’ll take you to a reputable place. (You still need to bargain, but you won’t be totally taken)
Note! We stopped at a typical
Cafe for tea but if you want to eat lunch along the way let them know. We powered through and went back to our ship to eat.

Great tour. We never would have seen or understood most of what we saw if it wasn’t for Hazma’s knowledge. He tailored the tour to what we were interested in and helped us navigate the markets. He also gave us a bonus walking tour that was one of the best parts of the trip. There was great communication before the trip and we organized our airport transfer with him and Kareem as well. I highly recommend Tangier Patito Tours. Tangier, Morocco was a stop for us on our Celebrity Cruise. I typically avoid the cruise ship excursions because they are too crowded. I booked this private tour of Tangier through Viator, and I am so glad that we chose this route for our first experience in Tangier.
Karim was the best tour guide we could have ever hoped for and Abdul was an amazing driver! Karim reached out to me ahead of time and clearly communicated all the details that I needed to know prior to our arrival at the Tangier port. We were picked up and dropped off steps away from the cruise ship, and we never felt at risk of missing the ship's departure time.
Karim was conscious of our time, curated the tour specifically for us, and ensured we packed as much as we wanted to into our guided tour. In addition to touring the city and shopping, we were able to enjoy an authentic Moroccan breakfast (which was absolutely delicious) and camel rides on the beach.
We had an amazing time with Karim learning the culture of Morocco and their local traditions. Karim welcomed us like family, was patient with us, answered all of our questions, and created a memorable experience that we will never forget. Thank you to Karim and Abdul for providing us with the opportunity to create spectacular memories in Tangier!

The tour was great and as advertised. The organizer, Karim, was diligent and very detailed oriented. He even went out of his way to make sure the four of us had a private tour experience.

We had the most amazing day with our private guide Abu!! He picked us up in a beautiful car and took us to all the major sights ending up at the Medina and casbah. Made it so easy to get around without getting lost which would be easy to do and took us wherever we wanted to go and showed us sights we asked about specifically… just an amazing experience overall. Lunch wasn’t included but we wanted to eat and he took us to an amazing restaurant and waited for us so he could take us back to our ship… so our tour went over the allotted time but he had no issue with it. Karim is the mayor of Tangier! He’s a rockstar. Everyone knew Karim! He communicated in advance to make sure we got the most out of our visit. He was accommodating in every way. He took us all around Tangier, riding camels on the beach, seeing the neighborhoods, seeing the sites from the top of the mountains, taking us through the Kasbah and Medina and Souk, taking us to great rugged and art stores. He explained well and gave just enough history that it wasn’t overhelming and was very interesting. It was like being in a movie it was so cool. Literally showed us where James Bond in Spectre (Daniel Craig) was filmed in Tangier as well.
The Mercedes van was comfy and Abdul our driver was very safe. Water provided in the van as well. Couldn’t have been a more enjoyable day! Super highly recommend!

One of the best tours around while in Morocco. Karim was incredibly knowledgeable and knows everyone in Tangiers. Great private tour and went at our own pace. Karim exposed us to all the local flare including treating US to some amazing cuisine as well as places to shop. He took us to where the quality rugs are made, which we bought and had shipped home. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and safe. We also had a blast with the camel rides!!!
The day was an unforgettable experience and thanks to his photography skills we have the pics to prove it! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to be in charge. Thanks again to Karim and all the folks involved in making our trip so memorable.

Majid was a very knowledgeable tour guide! My husband and I really enjoyed this private tour of Tangier. We stayed in the Kasbah area of the historic area and liked it a lot. Majid took us around with a driver to parts of Tangier we couldn’t walk to which was outside of the old city (Medina). We ended in the Medina walking around. Majid showed us various stores (not enough time to buy anything) which I enjoyed to familiarize myself with the area. Later when my husband and I walked around without a tour guide, it was good that Majid showed us the way previously.

Even if you are over 75 this tour is for you. Karim, the owner kept in touch for the 6 mos from booking til excursion. He answered all our questions very timely. A camel ride was a truly exciting experience. The grandchildren were thrilled to see the video the guide took of us. Truly memorable.
Magid our tour guide was fabulous. His English was perfect. We stopped for picture taking at a few memorable spots including a park,the lighthouse and the area where the Med meets the Atlantic.
Walking through the streets of the Kazbah was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. The OJ fresh squeezed and the treats
delicious. We can not say enough positive things about this 4 hour tour. We were 10 strangers but Magid took care of us all
