Jalal was a great driver and did an excellent job of getting us to the Blue City and meeting our group's needs and requests. He timed it perfectly so we were able to get a camel ride as well. Jalal also was very understanding when my kids got motion sick in the car.

Loved this tour! We were contacted the day before to explain the tour and where to meet. The driver was super friendly and was exactly on time to pick us up. Our tour guide Fuhad was amazing! He took us to all the main points and talked us through the history. We then had free time to eat and explore and gave us a great recommendation for where to eat. We even had a message after we came home to make sure everything went smoothly. Can’t recommend these guys enough

Great to hear English spoken again!! We have been in Spain, Morocco, Greece, Montenegro, Croatia and Italy.
Our only confusion today was which Terminal BA and AA are in. We landed Terminal 5.

Driver, Jalal, was like a Swiss train - on time, courteous and professional. Traffic in Morocco is a bit crazy - always felt we were in good hands. The local guide in Chefchaouen, Abdul, was a delight. 12th generation local resident who spoke eloquently, sharing the history and sights about this very unusual and charming town. Communication with the tour operator was great.

It was an easy pick-up in a comfortable car, and the ride passed quickly. Our guide, Muhammad, was wonderful - very knowledgeable, and eager to share his home. We got to learn a lot from him about the history and current culture of Chefchaouen. We had considered skipping the guide, but were so glad we didn't - it wouldn't have been nearly as interesting or as meaningful. He also took plenty of photos of my friend and I, and recommended us a lovely spot for lunch.

You don’t need a guided tour if you have a good driver! I wish we only booked a driver and brought an audio guide! Our guide shared very little about the history and culture and instead led us from
One Instagram spot to another! Our driver was fantastic, so that made the trip worth it but guides are hit or miss. Most treat their clients like dumb tourists who only want to shop and post on social media. In genere Chefchaouen is beautiful but a tourist trap, especially in the summer! Next time we come we will try to come in the off season and just rent a car and not hire a guide!

Do this excursion, it is excellent. From start to finish it never disappointed. I received a great message the night before, giving me all the necessary information about the pick up. Due to this attention, the pick up went without a hitch. We were picked up promptly from our hotel by Jalal, and driven very carefully to Chefchaouen. The landscape is breathtaking and Chefchaouen is a little gem of a place. Our guide, Abduol, was wonderful, showing us all the hidden streets and giving us a comprehensive, historical context to the city. He recommended and dropped us off at a beautiful restaurant, where the Moroccan food was delicious. Our second destination was Tetouan. Our guide, Hosyn, was amazing. This city has many things to discover. We learnt and saw so much. Hosyn, explained about the different influences in the city. We saw bread being baked, several UNESCO sites, the King's palace and much more. Moreover, we had the pleasure of drinking sweet, mint tea. Jalal finished this great day by dropping us off at our hotel door. Thank you for helping us make great and lasting memories. Morroco does not disappoint.

My experience was incredible! From pick-uop to drop-off. The driver (Omar) is super knowledgable and is such a fantastic person to have a conversation with. He pointed out interesting landmarks along the way which made the ride that much enjoyable. At Chefchaouen, I was greeted by Ali, who is the ultimate tour guide. He took his time explaining facts and provided suggestion of places to take photographs. He is such a friendly person. Overall, this experience was top notch and would highly suggest it.

Highly recommend. Our driver Isa was easygoing and conversational. He gave us candid, unscripted answers on everything. We learned a lot and enjoyed the ride. He's an efficient driver, but accomodating. We watched the king's motorcade on the way back and he walked us to the door of our medina hotel. Our guide Muhammad is from Chaouen and I thought it was most interesting hearing his personal stories. He took good photos, is responsive to feedback and helped us buy something we wanted. The rug store sales pitch was not so awkward. The store owner makes a lot of sales, so don't feel bad if you don't buy an item. Enough people do and they accept no for an answer, while still serving you great mint tea. There was no choice in lunch, but the tour company's restaurant is fine. Amazing free olives and the cost for two was just 12 euro.

This is not the first time I book a trip from Viator. I am very lucky to have Mr Aissa Kalbi who was my guide and the driver as well to make my trip a memorable one. He is very experienced and knowledgable. The car provided was very comfortable for us too.

A one-day trip to Chefchaouen was a great experience for us! I have only positive thoughts about it. The tour was organized really well. Client service was amazing! We arrived 2 hours earlier than the scheduled beginning of the tour, as we were worried about missing it due to frequent delays with ferries. It was such a pleasant and completely unexpected surprise to see our driver Said at the port terminal already waiting for us when we arrived early in the morning! We didn't request this originally, just indicated the arrival time while booking this tour. The ride to the city was very nice in a good car with A/C, we enjoyed beautiful Moroccan landscapes and stopped several times to take pictures. Said is a very professional, punctual, polite and friendly person. Our tour guide was very nice too. He showed the historical old town and helped out with currency exchange, as almost everything was closed down on Friday. He took us to a nice shop to buy things we wanted. Nothing was thrown upon us, and there were no attempts to make us buy smth. we didn't need. It was our first time visit to Morocco, and this company JTT made it really pleasant! I recommend it to all travellers who haven't been to the country before and who want a comfortable, stress-free experience, especially if they don't have more time to spend there due to other travelling plans. Thanks a lot to JTT company!

The private transfer was great. The driver was nice and pleasant to talk to. He accommodated my smoking, allowing me to stop and have a cigaret. Attentive to the heat, asking me if the a/c was ok. We arrived and connected me to the tour guide. The guide tried to do his best under the scorching sun, but I think he was a little too old for the walk. I felt sorry for him. But all and all, it was ok. I think he thought that I was there just for the pictures on the best houses.
I would've taken more time to wonder around. he took me to a rug house, I guess they make commission out of the sales. Then quickly took me to a restaurant that I didn't even choose. The restaurant didn't have most of what it was in the menu.
After eating, off we went.

Visiting this city is a most if you are in Morocco . It was the highlight of our trip. The tour was very interesting and we had a great time. We used the same company for 2 different tours and I was happy with them. I totally recommend it for your future trips. The driver was excellent , really helpful and accommodating. He was a little late to pick us up but not big deal, they apologized more than one and made it up for that. Our guide in Chefchaouen was a character. The walking at the city could have been better planned, It was unnecessarily long , We walked by the same area sometime more than one, and at the same time is was rushed. We could not stop alone the walk when we wanted because the guide was on the clock. We could not do shopping where we want since he wanted to take to some specific places. The commission factor again !! . I would have liked to stop at the spring water area for refreshing but it was not and option either. The place for lunch was good with nice ambiance but with no price at the menu, and they definitely overcharged us. My recommendation, is choosing one of the places in the main street market. The extensive menus are printed outside so you can see what is good for you, and It is very nice seating outside, watch people while eating.

We were promptly wisked away on our 2hour journey from Tanger City center to Chefchaouen where we met our guide. Our guide was thoroughly knowledgeable about the city and helped us navigate the narrow passages in the wonderful blue city. We wanted to wander on our own for a while which was a wonderful way to end the day before the return trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Our driver was very kind, the car was comfortable and clean. When we got to Chefchaouen we met our guide. He was informative, funny, and took lots of pictures for us so we could remember our trip. I read previous reviews before going about the berber shop and while we did go there, they welcomed us with mint tea and never pressured us. The store was a short stop and we found it interesting to hear about how they make everything. During our tour our guide helped us feel safe and because he seemed to know everyone made us feel very welcome.
