Fouad, our guide was the absolute best! He went above and beyond to show us around and shared his knowledge with us about the history of Chefchaouen. We had an amazing time and want to go back to visit again. The whole experience with Chefchaouen Adventures Travel was great! Highly recommend!!

The driver met us promptly on time. The van was very nice. We had restroom stops on the way. We were disappointed. The driver said nothing on the way up or the way back. We got no description of the area no history or anything. It was clear the driver only wanted to drop us off at 12 o’clock for a 90 minute tour by a local guide. The local guide had excellent English, but I’m not sure a 90 minute tour was worth five hours in the bus.

This all day tour to Chefchaouen was excellent. Pickup was prompt, the tour was well organized. We enjoyed every minute of it. Using a private tour was the best way to travel here. There was lots of flexibility.

Not only do I highly recommend booking a private tour for Chefchaouen, I also highly recommend Chefchaouen Adventures to be your agency. Ryan (Driver) and MOHAMED (experience lead) were excellent companions.. I won’t spoil it but if you happen to get these two for your tour, you truly are in for a day of a lifetime! I was able to capture my personal bucket list for Chefchaouen and then some, as I got to learn about the history and key spots as well as a walkthrough of some buildings which I would not get from a larger tour. I could buy from any market shop I wanted, which was nice, no pressure to go with someone the guide knows (which often happens)
In addition, for a nominal fee we ended up detouring to Akchour on the way back upon my request and took a more panoramic drive.
This tour makes the day about you and ensures you see everything you’d like.. I look forward to coming back again!

The tour was great! Our driver picked us up Promptly at Hilton City Center. It was a 2 hrs drive to chefchaouen. The ride was smooth and the stop on the way had a beautiful view of the mountains. I greatly recommend this tour.

Wonderful tour.

We were picked up promptly at 7am from our hotel in Tangiers by our driver Rian, who was attentive and made comfort and scenic stops along the 2 hour drive. At Chefchaouen we were joined by our local guide Mohammed. He was awesome and guided us through the maze of streets. He stopped at the photo spots which we would have otherwise missed, took us to interesting shops and a nice restaurant for lunch and shared stories of the place. He was very engaging and pleasant. We were back in Tangiers late afternoon after a wonderful excursion. Highly recommended.

We just took this private tour a few days ago and it was top notch experience. Starting from the bery beginning communication was on top of it and seevice great. We were getting picked up from the port and Chefchaouen Adventures accomodated pick up right as we got off the ferry, our driver Monsef was outstanding, beyond taking us on the tour he took is where we needed to go in Tangier. Upon arrival to Chefchaouen we were met by our guide Abdul, the tour was so fun and informative, our teen had a blast and she is impossible to please. We definitley want to come back now, highly recommend!!!

Our driver Rian picked us up on time, and we arrived safely in the blue city. He was courteous, very attentive, and polite.
Our tour guide Noaman was great in answering all our questions about Morocco and genuinely enthusiastic for us to enjoy our visit and fall in love with Morocco.

Nouaman was a WONDERFUL tour leader. We really enjoyed the tour. The time he took to show us and explain history, culture and people of Chefchaouen. Beautiful place to visit and excellent tour guide in the blue city. As a local he knew where to take us and many of the people. We had some confusion in finding our ride from our cruise ship, but once he found us Rayan helped us make up some lost time. He also took us to see a couple highlights in Tangier before returning us to the ship. Time and money well spent for this excursion!

Cruise trips can be quite frustrating as the port time can be quite short - and Chefchaouen is a bit far. This tour was really great - very flexible, good tour guides, and definitely can get back in time. Our guide Monsif hajji was helpful trying to give us enough time to spend in Chefchaouen as much as possible.

My husband, daughter, and I had a great experience on this tour to Chefchaouen from Tangier yesterday. Wow!! We were picked up promptly from our hotel in Tangier by our driver Mohammed. He was delightful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made our journey fun and very memorable as he pointed out sites of interest and educated us about Morocco. When we arrived to Chefchaouen, we met our guide Nouaman, who lived in the blue city. He was fantastic, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly, and knew everyone there. He made us feel like we were home, part of the family. We were impressed with his caring attitude for the people who lived there. We do travel a lot and I don’t write many reviews, but we definitely want to tell others about this tour and highly recommend it. Tip, don’t wear blue, you will blend in to the hundreds of pictures that you’ll take. Thank you Mohammed and Nouaman for a great memorable day!

I cannot say enough how amazing our driver was, Rian, and our tour guide Nouaman! It was absolutely the best day trip ever. We couldn’t get enough and made it from sunrise to sunset. Nouaman has a beautiful hotel I recommend you stay!

Great trip! My friend and I did this excursion from Tangier earlier this week. The drive to/from Chefchouen was smooth and was on time. Our guide Noumoun (this may not be the correct spelling) was great! Very knowledgeable about the town and showed us all over. Would recommend this tour to others.

This tour was great!! It was a very early start (7am) but it was a full and complete day. Our driver Rian met us at the hotel. He was flexible with the pickup and picked us up a little later so that we could have breakfast at the hotel. Then dropped us in Chefchaoun with our local guide Abdul.
Abdul was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. He gave us all the history of Chefchaoun and pointed out all of the popular Instagram picture locations 😂. I’m very happy with the pictures that we got. He also took us places that we asked about that was not on the tour and was flexible with the allowing us to skip some things and add others.
Abdul dropped us back with our driver Rian. He gave us a couple options of things to do and ended up taking us on a hike to see the waterfall. He was a great guide and made sure that he took us to see all of the views and scenery that were noteworthy.

We cannot speak highly enough of our private tour with Chefchaouen Adventures. Our driver Rian was prompt, friendly and gave us a wonderful tour of Tangier and showed us some beautiful landscapes on our way to Chefchaouen. Our your guide, Nouaman, was born and raised in Chefchaouen and pretty much knows everyone in town. We ate the most amazing food, learned so much about Chefchaouen, got the most beautiful photo ops and didn’t want to leave when the tour was over. Spending the day with Nouaman felt less like a tour and more like a day with a friend showing us all the hidden gems of a city he loves!

We had a great day with in Chefchaouen. Our guide Rian was fantastic. He came perfectly on time, gave US good advice for restaurants and Things to See and helped us with money exchange and a Moroccon Telephon simcard. It was the best way to start our vacation in Morocco and we definetly recommend this trip to everyone who want to visit Chefchaouen

Had a very comfortable car ride, and the city was lovely. It was basically a private car making the 4 hour roundtrip, and leaving us to enjoy the city on our own. We had a great time leisurely exploring. The driver allowed us to visit as long as we wanted. A great experience!

Absolutely wonderful. Truly enjoyed every minute of it, and it sparked our interest in returning to the region.
Our guide was knowledgeable, patient, a great communicator, well-educated, and able to talk about a wide range of topics relating to Morocco and Chefchaouen. Highly recommend adding the local guided tour, since theres an additional richness listening to an insiders perspective. We even got an excellent recommendation for dinner!
This experience brought Chefchaouen past just pretty social media pictures and exposed the beauty and richness of the area. Highly recommend!
