Gamla Stan in the cold rain…

Viola was an energetic and knowledgeable guide. She started the tour with three questions regarding Sweden’s greatest ally, enemy, and export. She wove the history of Sweden/Old Town with that foundation and lots of memorable antidotes. I enjoyed this tour as our guide was so engaging she kept the attention of my two teenagers too. The weather was cold with consistent rain and I contacted the tour operator thinking about canceling when I learned the Nordic mindset that there is no bad weather when you have the right clothing. Oddly enough, the weather didn’t take away from our experience at all. I highly recommend this tour.

Best Food Tour

This food tour was exceptional. I learned so much about traditional Swedish food and had so many different things. I walked away feeling full and so satisfied. Oliver was a wonderful tour guide. Not only did he teach us a lot about food, but he also pointed out his historical things along the way. All of the shops we visited were personable, welcoming, and so delicious. I cannot say enough good things about this food tour.

A guided tour of this unique museum is a must!

Admittedly, I am not a huge museum person- but this guided tour with Aggie was a highlight of our trip to Stockholm! Sadly, Aggie’s last tour was ours but don’t let that stop you from going. We learned so much! There are several other fun museums to visit on “museum island” too!

Our food tour with Iggy was a highlight of our time in Stockholm. He was friendly, punctual, and very knowledgeable about the city’s history. The small group made the experience feel personal and relaxed. We enjoyed delicious Swedish dishes along with a great walking tour of Old Town. I only wish we had booked it on our first day—it’s a perfect way to get oriented. I won’t spoil the food surprises, but everything was excellent, and you definitely won’t leave hungry. Come with an appetite!

We had the absolute pleasure of touring Stockholm with David as our guide, and it was truly the highlight of our trip. David is incredibly knowledgeable, genuine, and passionate about what he does. Even though we were only here for one full day, he managed to show us so much — both the famous landmarks and the hidden gems of the city. His stories and insights gave us a deep understanding of Stockholm, far beyond what we expected. My three young adult sons were especially impressed and appreciative of his enthusiasm and dedication. An Amazing Experience in Malmö!

Our family absolutely enjoyed our day-long private walking tour of Malmö, Sweden led by our Malmö-native Viator guide. She was flexible with our pick-up time and location, and offered us a vibrant glimpse into her city! We started with a trip across the Øresund Bridge on the train, and disembarking at the Central Rail station in Malmö. She began with more recent history of the newer developments built on the former ship yards, including the Turning Torso, and took us across the shoreline. Mixing in bus rides and walking, we visited the old city center, St Peter's Church, the Storttorget, and then to eat lunch in the newest "old" square, Gustav Adolf Torg. After this, we walked through the town to Malmö castle, the original Fish Market, and ended across from Central Station with delicious Pastries at St. Jakob's Bakery. Lesley's tour was informative, lively, humourous and always flexible to capture something new or or interest if we passed something. Extra thoughtful was an extra stop at Triangle for a visit to a candy store for our son! Malmö was beautiful, but it was even better with our Viator guide!

A Great Outing!!! Highly Recommended!

The golf cart was very comfortable. It was a bit cold out and David, our guide, has put up the plastic clear sheeting which enclosed the cart but still allowed a great view. David was very informative and took the three of us all around Stockholm with a very informative talk as we drove around. We had been to Stockholm many times before, but he took us to areas we had never been with many stops for views and photos.

Great views of Stockholm for people who don't want a boring boat ride!

This whole experience was great fun! The guides were very helpful and upbeat from the very beginning when we had to get suited up. They provided warm gear that really made the difference between what could've been a cold ride but was instead perfectly comfortable. During the ride itself, the guide provided both interesting information and just the right amount of "thrill". I would highly recommend this for anyone who enjoys a speed boat ride and wants to see the archipelago. The only caution I would give is that you do have to be physically able to climb in and out – I'm 60 years old with Parkinson's and was able to do it but it was a little challenging. Totally worth it!

Small boat-excellent tour!

Capt Carl and tour director Daniel provided an excellent tour of the archipelago. Our live tour was filled with local information, fun facts and entertaining stories. The small boat is a beautiful example of a well-made and maintained craft. Window areas are open and easy to view from. Blankets are provided in case of cool weather. This tour was able to take us to an area of apartments that are green and sustainable. We highly recommend this enjoyable tour supporting a local business.
