STARTING POINT We pick you up from any hotel in Abisko or Björkliden. PICK UP INFORMATION If you are staying in the village of Abisko, please be ready for pick up at your hotel from 9:15 AM. Guests who are staying at STF Abisko Turiststation, please meet your guide in the hotel lobby at 9:30 AM. If you are staying in Björkliden the pickup time is 9:00 AM. If you do not need a pickup, please choose STF Abisko Turiststation as your pickup place and meet us in the hotel lobby of STF Abisko Turiststation at 9:30 AM.

Gavin was an amazing guide. He was personable and fun and passionate about sharing the history of Abisko. The walk/hike was great. Not too hard and at a good pace for the entire group. We got to see some amazing views and walk on the frozen lake. He set us up nicely for pictures and explained about the different animal tracks we saw. We didn’t get to see any animals unfortunately but it was super fun.

It was a wonderful morning hike with the guide Romie, who was really nice with us and got us many beautiful insights about Sweden and the Abisko national park. Me and my friends really recommend it !!!

This was a very memorable experience for me and my family. In this 2-3 hour tour, we got to experience clouded sky, heavy winds and snowfall, and bright sunshine!! Walking in fresh snow felt amazing, and our guide Anne was very friendly & informative.
Had a nice morning walk led by Fabian at Abisko National Park. Feels safer with a guide because even though you can easily walk yourself, there wasn’t really a clear path as it was covered by all the snow. So certain parts were slippery and steep. Fabian was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, he shared with the group interesting facts and pictures along the way. Appreciate it. Thanks Fabian!

Fabulous scenery in the national park, some lovely photos, including some expertly taken by Fabian of our family.
Some of the uphill walk in deeper snow can be tiring, and the odd slippy parts where there is ice under the snow can catch you off guard. We all thoroughly enjoyed this hike and would recommend it /walk the route again. Just to keep in mind it may not suit everyone in the winter ice/ snow as it makes a reasonable walk harder work physically.
This was a great way to get introduced to the park. The walk took us through many cool areas and we got to see a lot of— animal tracks, iridescent footprints, etc. I highly recommend this tour.

Félix was a friendly and informative guide who gave us the option of a more challenging hike as it was just myself and my partner. We really enjoyed seeing the sights and learning some cool information along the way.
Hike was excellent, fine for almost all fitness levels, Felix was our guide and provided a lot of excellent information on wildlife, plant life, we saw a hare, two moose, evidence of reindeer, learned about artic plant life and relationship to snow cover. Really interesting and fun, would recommend highly.
Beautiful sceneries. Easy trail. Great way of getting to know the surroundings of STF Turiststation.
It was awesome experience and guide was really very helpful during the walk path … Being first time snow hiking for me I enjoyed a lot … guide explained everything very well and I made it successfully
The short scenic walk with the guide telling about stories and information was great! We enjoyed a lot although the weather was not a good one.
Great to be taken to some good locations in the National Park and to learn about the landscape and the people.
It was too short and boring. A walk to the sea and then back... It was definitely not what we expected.
