Our food tour with Iggy was a highlight of our time in Stockholm. He was friendly, punctual, and very knowledgeable about the city’s history. The small group made the experience feel personal and relaxed.
We enjoyed delicious Swedish dishes along with a great walking tour of Old Town. I only wish we had booked it on our first day—it’s a perfect way to get oriented. I won’t spoil the food surprises, but everything was excellent, and you definitely won’t leave hungry. Come with an appetite!

We had a party of 6 for our food tour and our guide did not show up and when we called no one answered. Do not use this tour company!

Your tour was impacted by an unexpected and serious incident involving the scheduled guide. Unfortunately, due to the nature and timing of the situation, we did not have another qualified team member available in Stockholm to step in on short notice. For that reason, the booking was fully refunded as soon as this was confirmed.
While this was an isolated and highly unusual situation, we understand how disappointing it must have been. It is worth noting that our Stockholm food tour is consistently praised by guests for its knowledgeable guides, smooth coordination between food stops, and a well balanced introduction to classic Swedish dishes. Many guests specifically highlight the reliability of our team and the quality of communication throughout the experience.
This incident does not reflect how our tours typically operate, and we stand by the strong track record of positive guest feedback across Stockholm and our other destinations worldwide. We appreciate you sharing your perspective and hope this clarification helps others understand the circumstances surrounding that specific day.

Weather depending, it can be pretty chilly outside walking around and two of the places we did sit outside to eat. Must have an adventurous palate, the pickled herring is very fishy tasting. Our guide was good at recommending other places to eat at in Stockholm as well as places to visit. At times it was difficult to hear everything he was saying.

David was a great tour guide. We started in Gamla Stan and made our way to Norrmalm. Along the way David gave us information about the area, history, the food, and answered our many questions about life in Sweden. The food was tasty and plentiful. David kept us entertained and set a good pace for everyone in our group. He also gave us recommendations for other good places to eat. I would recommend this tour for a good taste of traditional Swedish food.

When I travel I always book a food tour when I arrive in a country. I very much enjoyed my time with the guide and so glad I booked a tour with a small group. In total there were 5+guide. Perfect size to hear the guide and have conversations. Food was a good local experience and I also liked walking to different neighborhoods.

This food tour was not exactly as advertised. But first let me say that our tour guide Didi was excellent. She was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. My tour rating is no reflection on her. We have taken many food tours and are familiar with how they operate.
Issues with the tour? It was stated to be 3 hours but was only 2. A food tasting is not sitting down for a full meal, which is what we did. I would have preferred more stops with a bit more location diversity. Lastly, the tour price was fairly expensive relative to the value.

We had so much fun with Nils! He is a great host, making everyone feel welcome, he shared interesting facts about Stockholm as we walked. What a nice young man he is!!
Our 'secret surprise' was excellent, we loved watching the candy being made (we purchased goodies for later!), the cheese and jam was delicious and the Princess cake was a sweet way to end the tour.
