Sagrada Familia is amazing experience unlike no other. Breathtaking! Ruth, our tour guide was very kind, informative and illustrated the story beautifully. She was gracious to answer our many questions and we would have loved to have spent more time with her. What a wonderful way to spend part of our day in Barcelona.

We had an excellent tour of the Mosque-Cathedral with Javier from Woow Tours, Cordoba. Javier was extremely knowledgeable, and gave us so much history and context - but in a way that could be easily understood. He pointed out small things that we could have easily missed if we weren’t on a tour and this really enriched our experience. What I also liked was that he was excited for us to have ‘wow moments’ as we discovered the beauty of the historic building.

Daniela picked us up from our hotel lobby. Due to the rain, we did a little more driving and she gave us an overall history of the city. Took us through a market and showed us the old monastery that was discovered under an area that they had intended to expand to, but preserved instead! Than we walked the Old town area where the Church of Barcelona and others were located and showed us where the old Roman quarter was. She then found us a place for a light lunch near the Sagrada Familia. She came to pick us up in time for entrace for the church, She gave us a tour and an explanation of Gaudi's design and his vision of family and what God means, all very expressive and captivating!! After, we went inside to marvel some more. Once done, we opted out of Park Guell because of the rain. Instead she dropped us off near a leather store to do a little shopping. It was an awesome day, very informative!! Daniela was a great guide with a wonderful sense of humor, making the day enjoyable in spite of the rain!!

Málaga is one of the most beautiful ports that we have seen. We did a tuk-tuk tour of the city. It was the perfect way to see the city without doing too much walking. Our guide and driver, Marcos, told us about the history of this city. This would be a wonderful place to return to spend a vacation. Picasso was born in Málaga, and there are two Picasso museums here. We saw the bull ring where they still hold bull fighting events for one week out of the year. We also visited a beautiful beach where the restaurants compete every year over who cooks the best sardina espata (sardines roasted on a spit.) There is a heavy Arab influence that can be seen in the architecture and cuisine. The cruise terminal had some great places to shop, and we got some souvenirs before going back to our ship.

Excellent and very informative tour! Enrique made the city come to life with his stories and knowledge of history and Toledo’s people. He took great care of us. He included our young children in the tour and was considerate and helpful every moment of the day. He went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing visit to Toledo!

We met Patricia at the scheduled time and place. The experience was amazing. It exceeded our expectations. I feel like we made a new friend. Beyond the good food and restaurants. Patricia took us to places the normal tourist doesn’t get to go. Even though she may not know of Rick Steves, she provided us with a similar experience of having a friend as a tour guide.

This was a private tour of Alhambra which included Generalife Gardens, Alhambra, & Alcazaba. All admissions were paid for and tickets had been obtained by the guide before the tour.Communication prior to the tour was good. Our guide, Marcos, was terrific. As this was a private tour, we weren't rushed, he answered all questions, he was personable and interesting and had an extensive fund of knowledge about Alhambra. We would highly recommend having Marcos as your guide!

The tour was great and Ilaria was a fantastic guide. We saw all of the sites we wanted to see in an orientation for Barcelona. I would suggest a different audio system (individual ear pieces) as the speaker was sometimes difficult to hear from all seats in the tuk tuk when in traffic.
