Pick-up takes place where you will find the lift access to the "Parking Novedades", located in Carrer de Casp 13, opposite the Teatro Tívoli. Please wait in front of the entrance elevator to the parking lot, at street level. Your driver-guide will come to this point to pick you up.

- In case of customer delay the activity will be reduced according to the lost time, which may cause a change in the route set. The activity will be cancelled if the delay is longer than 15 minutes and no refund of the amount paid will be made
- Tour itinerary may vary by closed streets or demonstrations on the day of the tour
- Tuk-tuks are reserved privately, and the price is set according to the number of tuk-tuks needed for the group, being the legal maximum of 4 passengers per tuk-tuk.
- Tuk-tuks do not have trunks, so you can not carry strollers, wheelchairs, suitcases or large packages.
- For security reasons, pets and pets are not allowed.
- Tours take place in rain or heat, and can only be cancelled under extreme conditions.
- The tours are designed to make the indicated tour, and make a series of stops already set, depending on the duration of the selected tour, to take photos. It is important to note that the 60-minute tour does not stop. On the 120-minute tour you will stop in Montjuic, while on the 180- and 240-minute tours you will also stop in the Olympic Port and Pedralbes. Tours cannot be modified, nor can stops for photographs.
- The vehicles are suitable for older people, and our drivers will help them get on if necessary.
- The pick-up point is located where the lift access to the “Interparking Novedades” car park is located, located at Carrer de Casp 13 (08010), opposite the entrance of the ME Barcelona hotel. Please wait in front of the entrance elevator to the car park, at street level. Your driver-guide will come to that point to pick you up. You can contact us by phone or write to us by WhatsApp (+34 696 997 889) at any time.

John Lucus was such an excellent tour guide. We all enjoyed the whole itinerary and the stops. Perfect trip for an overview of the whole city. Would do again with a different route!! Highly recommend. So professional and knowledgable.

The driver, Amanda, was great. What was not great was how uncomfortable the seats were in the Tuk Tuk and how tight the seatbelt was. We were so glad we didn’t book over two hours!

We ended up having to take 2 tuk tuks as there were 6 of us. Both guides were great and took us to all the highlights and slowed down so we could take pictures whenever they weren't allowed to stop. It's a great way to see the city.

What a fantastic way to see Madrid! Our tuk tuk tour was one of the highlights of our trip. Lucas was our guide. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience both fun and informative. We got to see so many beautiful parts of the city while learning interesting history and local tips we never would have discovered on our own.
The tuk tuk was comfortable, easy to hear the guide, and perfect for covering a lot of ground without getting exhausted. We especially loved seeing the hidden streets and neighborhoods beyond the usual tourist spots.
Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Madrid — a great mix of sightseeing, culture, and fun!

Irene was our driver and was absolutely fabulous. We covered a lot of ground in a short amount of time. Lucas was right on time and made our tour very special. My husband and I enjoyed the smooth ride and had a wonderful and in depth tour of Barcelona. The Tuk Tuk is comfortable and Lucas used a microphone so we could easily hear all the great historical facts he had to share
