- In winter the tuk-tuks have protective layers against rain and wind, and have blankets to keep them warm
- In case of customer delay, the activity will be reduced based on the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will be canceled if the delay is greater than 15 minutes and the amount paid will not be refunded
- The tour itinerary may vary due to street closures or demonstrations on the day of the tour
- Tuk-tuks are booked privately, and the price is set based on the number of tuk-tuks needed for the group, with the legal maximum being 4 passengers per tuk-tuk.
- Tuk-tuks do not have trunks, so you can not carry strollers, wheelchairs, suitcases or large packages.
- For security reasons, pets and companion animals are not allowed.
- The tours take place in rain or heat, and can only be canceled under extreme conditions.
- The tours are designed to make the indicated tour, and make a series of stops already set, depending on the duration of the selected tour, to take photos. The 60-minute tour stops at the Mirador de Giblarfaro, and the 120-minute tour also stops at Baños del Carmen. Tours cannot be modified, nor can stops for photographs.
- The vehicles are suitable for older people, and our drivers will help them get on if necessary.
- Due to local regulations, the tour tour tours the main historical landmarks and viewpoints accessible by vehicle, offering panoramic views that are not obtained on foot.
- Although it is a comfortable tour, it may not be best suited for travelers with acute back pain due to the historical character of some streets.

Carlos was a brilliant guide on our Eco Tuk Tuk tour of Malaga today! He showed us all the amazing places in this beautiful port city. We had an absolutely fabulous and very informative time with Carlos! He has a lot of knowledge of Malaga which made the tour very enlightening. I have walked around that area many times over the past couple years, so it was very good to know more of the history of what I’ve seen. My two friends were here for the first time and we decided to do a Tuk Tuk and we all three had a great time. Carlos was funny, entertaining and very friendly. We all very much enjoyed ourselves. Make sure to ask for Carlos when you take this tour!

Since our Delta flight had a 3 hour delay on October 4 , we missed the air Europa connection to Malaga on Oct 5 and texted Viator several times from Madrid to let them know. They never contacted the tour guide, Juan. He waited for us at the designated spot. We begged Viator to reschedule the 4 of us for today,October 6 or tomorrow. Oct 7. They would not. I am a person who has used Viator many times but now I am very upset. If you would have understood what happened, you should have tried to arrive at a solution. I am very disappointed in your Company snd plan to tell my many traveler friends.

We are sorry, but tours cannot be modified or canceled with less than 24 hours in advance, as stated in our change and cancellation policy.
This is so because when there are only 24 hours left for the start of the tour, the availability is blocked by reservations, and cannot be reserved by other clients, and our guides can not work because of this reason.
We believe that we have a very flexible change and cancellation policy for our clients, which we have to comply with so that the viability of our company is not affected.
We find your review very unfair and unfortunate, because when you bought the tour you accepted our change and cancellation policy.
