I don't know where to begin.... excellent communication directly with our tour guide who picked us up at our hotel, took us to Montserrat, gave us an incredible tour and drove us back to our hotel. Joan is kind, professional, extremely knowledgeable and definitely the best tour guide for Montserrat. We covered so much on this beautiful and powerful tour. I highly recommend. My husband and I loved it and so grateful for this experience with Joan! He is the best!

I spent a whole day private tour with Daniella in Barcelona. She is very knowledgeable of the history of the city and the popular sites. She arrived on time in a pristine clean vehicle and drives safely. She speaks English very well and is professional, considerate of needs for breaks and stays on schedule. She is one of the best guides I've experienced. Highly recommend.... Ask for by name!

Excellent and very informative tour! Enrique made the city come to life with his stories and knowledge of history and Toledo’s people. He took great care of us. He included our young children in the tour and was considerate and helpful every moment of the day. He went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing visit to Toledo!

Let me start with Anabel…she was an absolutely incredible guide and ambassador for Malaga. The meeting place is easy to find and communication was constant. The ride very comfortable. We saw so much of Malaga and Anabel provided so much history in a 2 hour period. The quick and short stops were in really nice places. This is just a great way to get an overview of the city and great ideas to go deeper to satisfy specific interests. Highly recommend!

Our private tour to Montserrat with Pau was absolutely perfect from start to finish. He felt like a brother, easygoing, funny, and full of knowledge. He picked us up on time right at our hotel and made the drive to Montserrat fly by as he shared stories about the region, local culture, and what we were seeing along the way. Once there, he dropped us off to explore while he parked the van (down the hill - what a guy!). We wandered for a bit and then met up to explore the market together, sampling cheeses from vendors he clearly knew personally. Everyone greeted him warmly, and they treated us like locals. Inside the church, Pau guided us with just the right mix of history and personality, explaining the significance of La Moreneta (the Black Madonna) while keeping it engaging. Afterward, we hiked to the cross viewpoint, and he pointed out different plants, legends, and bits of history as we went. He really knows his stuff but delivers it in such a relaxed, natural way that it never feels like a lecture. We had lunch at the monastery café, where the conversation (and learning!) continued. Even the drive back to the hotel was full of good stories and laughs. It was a perfect day! Pau made it personal, educational, and fun. We left feeling like we’d spent the day with a friend who just happens to be an expert guide.

We took this tour on our last day in Madrid, and it was a wonderful way to cap our stay. Lisa's local knowledge and awareness of hidden gems made the tour fun and interesting. We also appreciated Lisa's recommendations for other things to do in the city. Thanks for a fun-filled day!

This was a private tour of Alhambra which included Generalife Gardens, Alhambra, & Alcazaba. All admissions were paid for and tickets had been obtained by the guide before the tour.Communication prior to the tour was good. Our guide, Marcos, was terrific. As this was a private tour, we weren't rushed, he answered all questions, he was personable and interesting and had an extensive fund of knowledge about Alhambra. We would highly recommend having Marcos as your guide!

The tour was great and Ilaria was a fantastic guide. We saw all of the sites we wanted to see in an orientation for Barcelona. I would suggest a different audio system (individual ear pieces) as the speaker was sometimes difficult to hear from all seats in the tuk tuk when in traffic.
